المستخلص: The main objective of the study is to determine the role of the university professor in improving the quality of students' evaluation methods and methods in order to improve the outcomes of university education. To achieve the above objective, the study sought to answer the following questions: What are the most prominent criteria of the academic accreditation bodies regarding the methods of evaluation and methods of students? What is the reality of the output of university education? Madour University professor in improving the methods and methods of evaluating students and methods to improve the output of university education? The study sample consisted of (40) professors from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Institute of Science and Technology of physical and sports activities at the University of Xi'an Ashour in Djelfa, in addition to (80) students in both the college and the institute. In order to analyze the study data, the researcher used percentages, arithmetical averages and standard deviations, in addition to the Alpha Kronbach equation to calculate stability to identify the reality of the evaluation process of university students in Algerian universities. The literature was reviewed with a view to identifying the most relevant academic accreditation bodies, preparing the tools needed to diagnose the level of outputs of university education, and then determining the roles of the university professor, which can contribute to improving the quality of students' evaluation methods and methods. The study found that there is a weakness in the outputs of university education, and that this weakness has negative effects on the society with its various institutions as well as the university institution in terms of its chances of obtaining academic accreditation for its programs. The study also concluded that the university professor may have many roles that can contribute to the improvement of the outputs of university education, including the use of suitable evaluation methods and methods, and that the goal (improvement of outputs) can be achieved as hoped if there is a great degree of integration and coordination Between the university professor and the university institution and the Ministry of Higher Education, including the preparation of specialized training programs and their implementation in several areas, including teaching strategies, thinking skills, methods of evaluation and methods, and provide material and moral incentives necessary for the university professor to encourage him Li Joined those programs, in addition to the provision of materials and equipment in the classrooms. The study also recommended the importance of enrolling the university professor in these training programs, employing the experience gained in the field, in addition to the interest in the quarterly work (from research, reports and duties), and the emotional and skill domains.

يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي من الدراسة في تحديد دور الأستاذ الجامعي في تحسين نوعية طرائق تقويم الطلبة وأساليبه بما يسهم في تجويد مخرجات التعليم الجامعي. ولتحقيق الهدف السابق سعت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: 1-ما أبرز معايير هيئات الاعتماد الأكاديمي المتعلقة بطرائق تقويم الطلبة وأساليبه؟ 2-ما واقع مستوى مخرجات التعليم الجامعي؟ 3-ما دور الأستاذ الجامعي في تحسين نوعية طرائق وتقويم الطلبة وأساليبه بما يسهم في تجويد مخرجات التعليم الجامعي؟ وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في 40 أستاذا من الأساتذة الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية ومعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة، إضافة إلى (80) طالبا في كلية من الكلية والمعهد. ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة استخدم الباحث النسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، إضافة إلى معادلة ألفا كرونباخ لحساب الثبات لاستبانة تشخيص واقع عملية تقويم الطالب الجامعي بالجامعات الجزائرية. وتمت مراجعة الأدبيات بهدف تعرف أبرز معايير هيئات الاعتماد الأكاديمي ذات العلاقة، وإعداد أدوات الدراسة اللازمة لتشخيص واقع مستوى مخرجات التعليم الجامعي ومن ثم تحديد أدوار الأستاذ الجامعي التي يمكن أن تسهم في تحسين نوعية طرائق تقويم الطلبة وأساليبه، وبالتالي الإسهام في تحسين مخرجات التعليم الجامعي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود ضعف في مخرجات التعليم الجامعي وأن لذلك الضعف تأثيرات سلبية في المجتمع بمؤسساته المختلفة إضافة إلى المؤسسة الجامعية من حيث إضعاف فرصها في الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي لبرامجها. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى إمكانية قيام الأستاذ الجامعي بالعديد من الأدوار التي يمكن أن تسهم في تجويد مخرجات التعليم الجامعي، منها ما يتعلق بتوظيف طرائق التقويم المناسبة وأساليبه، وأن ذلك الهدف (تجويد المخرجات) يمكن أن يتحقق على النحو المأمول إذا ما وجدت درجة كبيرة من التكامل والتنسيق بين الأستاذ الجامعي والمؤسسة الجامعية ووزارة التعليم العالي، ومن ذلك العمل على إعداد برامج تدريبية متخصصة وتنفيذها في عدة مجالات، منها استراتيجيات التدريس، ومهارات التفكير، وطرائق التقويم وأساليبه، وتقديم الحوافز المادية والمعنوية اللازمة للأستاذ الجامعي لتشجعيه على الإلتحاق بتلك البرامج، إضافة إلى توفير المواد والتجهيزات اللازمة في القاعات الدراسية. كما أوصت الدراسة بأهمية التحاق الأستاذ الجامعي بتلك البرامج التدريبية، وتوظيف الخبرات المكتسبة في الميدان، إضافة إلى الاهتمام بالأعمال الفصلية (من أبحاث وتقارير وواجبات)، وبالمجالين الوجداني والمهاري، وبتفعيل طريقة المناقشة والحوار.
