المستخلص: النشر العلمي من أسمى مهام الباحثين الجامعيين، إذ هو وسيلة لنشر المعارف على أوسع نطاق كما يساهم في تحسين تصنيف الجامعة التي ينتمي إليها الباحث، كما أن للنشر العلمي أهمية بالنسبة للباحث فهو الجسر الذي من خلاله يمكن مناقشة أطروحة الدكتوراه ومناقشة ملف التأهيل الجامعي وحتى الترقية لمصاف الأستاذية ولا يخفى دوره في مجال التوظيف كأستاذ مساعد بداية، هذا الدور الذي أعطته السلطات الوصية للمقال العلمي تجعل الباحثين ملزمين بنشر مقالات علمية للارتقاء في مسارهم العلمي والعملي، إلا أن القائمين بإعداد هذه المقالات ملزمين بالاعتماد على مراجع ومصادر غيرهم غير أن جهل القائمين بإنجاز المقالات العلمية بمقتضيات الأمانة العلمية يدخلهم في خانة السرقة العلمية التي تعد سببا رئيسيا في رفض نشر المقال وحتى سببا في المتابعة القضائية لمنجز المقال، لذا يتعين التعريف بأصول الأمانة العلمية والأعمال التي تعد من قبيل السرقة العلمية وتفاديها كضمانة لنشر المقال العلمي.

Scientific publishing is one of the highest tasks of university researchers, as it is a means of disseminating knowledge on the widest scale and also contributes to improving the classification of the university to which the researcher belongs. Scientific publishing is also important for the researcher, as it is the bridge through which a doctoral thesis can be discussed, a university qualification portfolio can be discussed, and even a promotion to the rank of professor. Its role in the field of employment as an assistant professor at start is no secret. This role given by the custodian authorities to the scientific article makes researchers obliged to publish scientific articles to advance their scientific and practical path, but those who prepare these articles are obliged to rely on references and sources of others. However, the ignorance of the authors of scientific articles with the requirements of Scientific Integrity brings them into the category of scientific theft, which is a major reason for refusing to publish the article and even a reason for judicial follow-up to the completion of the article. Therefore, it is necessary to define the origins of Scientific Integrity and the works that are considered as scientific theft and to avoid them as a guarantee for the publication of the scientific article.
