المستخلص: Le plagiat est parmi les dangers qui menacent la recherche scientifique en Algérie ainsi que la liberté intellectuelle et scientifique du chercheur en raison de sa propagation dans certains milieux et particulièrement parmi les étudiants et chercheurs qui en exploitant les ouvrages, études scientifiques ou autres nécessaires à leur travail commettent le plagiat soit intentionnellement ou non. Pour cette raison le législateur algérien a promulgue des lois strictes. Particulièrement l’arrête n° 933 du 28/07/2008 qui régit les règles comportant la prévention et la lutte contre le plagiat

تعتبر السرقة العلمية من بين المخاطر التي تهدد البحث العلمي ومصداقيته خاصة في الجزائر، وذلك نظرا لتفشي هذه الظاهرة التي تمس بالحرية الفكرية والعلمية للباحث، إذ قد يقع العديد من الطلبة والباحثين في انتهاكات وأخطاء عن قصد أو بدون قصد عند استغلالهم للمعلومات والدراسات السابقة، ولهذا نجد أن الجزائر بادرت إلى اتخاذ إجراءات صارمة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة، وذلك بإصدار القرار رقم 933 المؤرخ في 28 جويلية 2016 الذي يحدد القواعد المتعلقة بالوقاية من السرقة العلمية ومكافحتها.

Scientific theft is one of the risks that threaten scientific research and its credibility, especially in Algeria. This is due to the spread of this phenomenon, which affects the intellectual and scientific freedom of the researcher. Many students and researchers may fall into violations and errors intentionally or unintentionally when they exploit previous information and studies. That is why Algeria has taken the initiative to take strict measures to eliminate this phenomenon by issuing Resolution No. 933 on July 28, 2016, which sets out the rules for preventing and combating scientific theft.
