المستخلص: نتناول في هذا المقال وهي دراسة ميدانية، معرفة أثر وجود طفل مشخص باضطراب طيف التوحد داخل الأسرة، وكيف يؤثر ذلك في ارتفاع مستوى الضغوط النفسية الاجتماعية والمادية، مما يؤدي ذلك إلى انخفاض مرونتهم النفسية، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الفروق بين الضغوط السيكو اجتماعية المعرفية وفقا لبعض المتغيرات (الشخصية والانفعالية والصحية والمادية)، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 20 أبا وأما (عشرة أم -وعشرة أباء) تم اختيارهم قصديا داخل مركز تأهيل وتكوين ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية بالمركز الوطني محمد السادس بمراكش. واستجابوا لمقياس المرونة النفسية المقترح والمقابلة المباشرة، أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين وجود طفل لديه اضطراب طيف التوحد بالأسرة والضغوطات النفسية والاجتماعية المعرفية والصحية، مما يؤدي إلى انخفاض المرونة النفسية لديهم وهذا أيضا يؤثر بشكل مباشر على عدم إلتزامهم بقيم التدخل والتأهيل السيكوتربوي ومشاركتهم الفعالة في تأهيل أبنائهم في إطار مشروع حياة الطفل، وأيضا لاحظنا تفاوتات المرونة النفسية بين الأمهات والآباء وباقي عناصر الأسرة راجع لمتغيرات مختلفة كقيم الدين والمستوى الدراسي ودرجة الانفتاح والالتزام، ويزيد مستوى الضغوط النفسية عند الأمهات على حساب الآباء، بالإضافة إلى تأثيره الكبير على المستوى الانفعالي والصحي.

In this article, which is a field study, we discuss the impact of having a child diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder within the family, and how this affects the high level of psychological, social and material pressures, which leads to a decrease in their psychological resilience, in addition to identifying the differences between psychosocial and cognitive stresses according to For some variables (personal, emotional, health and physical), the study sample consisted of 20 fathers and mothers (ten mothers and ten fathers) who were intentionally selected within the Rehabilitation and Training Center for People with Intellectual Disabilities at the Mohammed VI National Center in Marrakesh. And they responded to the proposed measure of psychological resilience and the direct interview. The results of this study indicated that there is a correlation between the presence of a child with autism spectrum disorder in the family and psychological, social, cognitive and health pressures, which leads to a decrease in their psychological resilience and this also directly affects their lack of commitment to the values of Psycho-educational intervention and rehabilitation and their active participation in the rehabilitation of their children within the framework of the child’s life project. We also noticed the differences in psychological resilience between mothers and fathers and the rest of the family members due to different variables such as religious values, academic level, degree of openness and commitment, and the level of psychological stress in mothers increases over Parents account, in addition to its great impact on the emotional and health level.
