|a درج الفقه على تعريف علم الإجرام بأنه العلم الذي يدرس الظاهرة الإجرامية دراسة علمية بهدف التعرف على أسبابها الفردية والاجتماعية. والظاهرة الإجرامية من الموضوعات متشبعة الجوانب، سواء بصفاتها ظاهرة في حياة الفرد أو في حياة المجتمع، وقد ترتب على هذا أن أضحت الظاهرة الإجرامية محلا لدراسات تتعدد وتختلف بحسب الأسباب التي يعتقد الباحث أنه كان لها الأثر الأكبر في ارتكاب الجريمة. ولعل من أهم هذه الأسباب ذات التأثير على السلوك الإجرامي البيئة المحيطة بالإنسان، سيما التغيرات المناخية، وتتألف البيئة من مجموعة من العناصر الطبيعية، التي لا دخل للإنسان في وجودها مثل التضاريس، والرياح والأمطار، ودرجة الرطوبة، وتتابع الفصول، ودرجات الحرارة. وسوف أجعل محل الدراسة الراهنة أهم هذه العناصر تأثيرا في السلوك الإجرامي، ألا وهي التغيرات المناخية، مع بيان العلاقة بينها وبين السلوك الإجرامي، والتفسير العلمي لهذه العلاقة.

|b Jurisprudence used to define criminology as the science that studies the criminal phenomenon a scientific study in order to identify its individual and social causes. The criminal phenomenon is one of the topics that is saturated with aspects, whether with its characteristics evident in the life of the individual or in the life of society, as a result, the criminal phenomenon has become the subject of numerous studies that differ according to the reasons that the researcher believes had the greatest impact in committing the crime. Perhaps one of the most important of these causes affecting criminal behavior is the environment surrounding humans, especially climate changes, and the environment consists of a group of natural elements that humans have no involvement in, such as the terrain, wind and rain, humidity, the sequence of seasons, and temperatures. Thus I will make the subject of the current study the most important of these elements influencing criminal behavior, namely climate changes, with an explanation of the relationship between them and criminal behavior, and the scientific explanation of this relationship
