المستخلص: هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة لحقيقة نقصان عقل الأنثى ودينها، الذي هو في بيان معنى قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم (ناقصات عقل ودين) وقد يسره الله في ثلاثة مباحث، بدأته بالمقدمة، ثم المباحث الثلاثة والخاتمة. وتشتمل المقدمة على أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ثم المبحث الأول وهو في معنى نقص العقل في الأنثى وأثره، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، الأول: في معنى العقل وقيمته في الشرع، ثم المطلب الثاني وذكرت فيه معنى نقص العقل في الأنثى وأثره ومرجعه، ثم ختمته بنسبية نقص العقل بين الرجل والمرأة. وأما في المبحث الثاني، فقد تطرقت لمعنى نقص الدين في الأنثى وأثره، وفيه مطلبان، الأول هو في معنى نقص الدين في الأنثى، والحكمة منه، والثاني هو في أثر نقص الدين على الأنثى؛ من حيث الجزاء وكمال الإيمان. ومن ثم ختمت بالمبحث الثالث وهو في كمال عقل الأنثى، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، أولها هو في تعريف الكمال، والثاني في ثبوت كمال عقل الأنثى، ثم في بيان سياق الحديث، وأخيرا في علاقة الكمال بالعاطفة الأنثوية، ثم ذكرت الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج.

This research is a study of the nature of woman’s deficiency in intelligence and religion which is the clarification of the Prophet’s (Peace and Blessing be upon Him) saying: “deficient in intelligence and religion”. By Allah’s Help, it was facilitated in three themes, proceeded by the Introduction then the three themes and the Conclusion. The Introduction included the importance of the topic and reasons for selecting it, then the first theme about the meaning and effect of deficiency in intelligence in women, including three sections, first: Consists of the meaning of intelligence and its value in Sharia, then the second section in which I mentioned the meaning of deficiency in intelligence in women and its reference, then I concluded it with the relativity of intelligence deficiency between men and women. For the second theme, I addressed the meaning and effect of deficiency in religion in women including two sections, first is about the meaning of deficiency in religion in women and the reason behind it while the second is about the effect of deficiency in religion in women in terms of retribution and perfection of faith. Eventually, I concluded with the third section about the perfection of women intelligence, including three sections, first is about the definition of perfection, the second is about the validity of the perfection of women intelligence, then clarifying the context of the hadith and finally highlighting the relationship between the perfection and feminine passion, thereafter, I mentioned the conclusion in which the most important results are included.
