المستخلص: الحضارة الإسلامية حضارة ذات صبغة إنسانية عالمية الأهداف، وهي تعد حلقة متميزة من سلسة حلقات الحضارة البشرية عبر عصورها المتلاحقة، والإطلاع الواعي على أبعاد هذه الحضارة كفيل ببيان حقيقة تميزها عن غيرها من الحضارات، وتبوئها المكانة السامية التي تتيح للمنتسبين إليها حق الشعور بالفخر والاعتزاز في معترك البحث عن الحضارات والثقافات المكونة للموروث الإنساني الذي تقوم عليها دعائم التطور والرقي البشري في العصر الحديث. ويقوم هذا البحث الموسوم بـ(دور الحضارة الإسلامية في الحفاظ على الحضارة الإنسانية) بتسليط الضوء على ذلك التأثير الذي أحدثته الحضارة الإسلامية عبر مراحل نشوئها وتطورها المختلفة، وذلك الدور الذي لعبته في الحفاظ على الحضارة الإنسانية التي تتفيأ البشرية اليوم ظلالها الوارفة بما تشهده من مظاهر النمو والتطور، وما تجود به من وسائل الراحة والرفاهية. وقد بين البحث -بكل وضوح- تلك الأبعاد الفكرية والروحية والثقافية التي عملت الحضارة الإسلامية على إضافتها وتقويتها في منظومة الحضارة الإنسانية، والتي استمدتها من رافديها الأساسيين اللذين يمدانها بالحياة: الكتاب والسنة وما يتفرع عنهما من آليات للتشريع كالإجماع والقياس. وهي تلك المعطيات الفكرية والروحية التي تقي الحضارة الإنسانية بحول الله من الغرق في أوحال المادية الجوفاء. مع الإشارة -في الوقت نفسه- إلى تلك المساهمات المتميزة للحضارة الإسلامية في الجوانب العلمية والتقنية، وتسليط الضوء على إبداعات المنتسبين إليه في مجالات العلوم التطبيقية، كالطب والهندسة والجبر والفيزياء والصيدلة وغيرها من العلوم التي اعتمد عليها العالم المعاصر في توفير وسائل الرقي والنمو والازدهار. ليكون ذلك ردا علميا ملموسا على المغرضين المتجاهلين للدور الحيوي الذي لعبته الحضارة الإسلامية في المجال العلمي التقني الذي نعايشه اليوم، وهي حقيقة أقر بها كثير من المنصفين المنتسبين للحضارة الغربية، فالحضارة الإسلامية قامت على أساس مراعاة الجانبين: المادي والروحي في توازن بديع، تكسب البشرية بمراعاته ذلك الاستقرار المنشود.

The Islamic civilization is a civilization with a humanistic characteristic with universal goals, and it is considered a distinct link in a series of circles of human civilization through its successive eras, and a conscious awareness of the dimensions of this civilization guarantees a truth that distinguishes it from other civilizations, and its high position that allows its affiliates the right to feel pride and pride in your own world. Searching for the civilizations and cultures that make up the human heritage on which the pillars of human development and advancement are based in the modern era. This research entitled (The role of Islamic civilization in preserving human civilization) sheds light on that impact that Islamic civilization has had through its various stages of its emergence and development, and that role it played in preserving the human civilization that humanity today has covered with its lush shades of growth. And sophistication, comfort and luxury. The research clearly demonstrated those intellectual, spiritual and cultural dimensions that the Islamic civilization has worked to add and strengthen in the system of human civilization, and which it derived from its two main pillars that provide it with life: the Qur’an and the Sunnah and the mechanisms that branch out from them in terms of legislation such as consensus and measurement. It is these intellectual and spiritual data that protect human civilization- with the help of God- from drowning in the sludge of empty materialism. With reference- at the same time- to those distinguished contributions of the Islamic civilization in the scientific and technical aspects, and to shed light on the innovations of its affiliates in the fields of applied sciences, such as medicine, engineering, algebra, physics, pharmacy and other sciences on which the contemporary world has relied in providing the means for advancement, growth and prosperity. This would be a tangible scientific response to those who disregard the vital role that the Islamic civilization played in the scientific and technical field that we live in today, a fact recognized by many fair people affiliated with Western civilization, as the Islamic civilization was based on taking into account the two sides: the material and the spiritual in a wonderful balance, which mankind gains by taking into account it. That desired stability.
