المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الأحاديث الواردة في حكم لبس الأحمر والمعصفر للرجال، وبيان درجتها صحة وضعفا، وبيان أقوال العلماء في حكم هذه المسألة، ومسالكهم في التعامل مع التعارض الظاهري الحاصل بين الأحاديث. وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة: فتشتمل على بيان اهتمام الإسلام باللباس والزينة، وحكمة ذلك، وسبب اختياري لهذا الموضوع، وأهميته، ومنهجي فيه. وأما المبحث الأول: وعنوانه: "الأحاديث الواردة في حكم لبس الأحمر للرجال". وأما المبحث الثاني: وعنوانه: "اختلاف العلماء في حكم لبس الأحمر للرجال". وأما المبحث الثالث: فعنوانه: "إجمال مسالك العلماء في التعامل مع اختلاف هذه الأحاديث، مع بيان الراجح منها". وأما الخاتمة: فتشتمل على أهم نتائج هذا البحث. وأخيرا: ذيلت البحث بجريدة المراجع التي رجعت إليها، وفهرس لمحتوياته. وبعد الدراسة والبحث والنظر في أقوال العلماء انتهى الباحث إلى أن القول الراجح في المسألة هو القول بإباحة لبس الثياب الحمراء والمعصفرة للرجال، إلا إذا كان هناك سبب آخر للمنع، فيمنع لأجلها، وبهذا القول ينتفي التعارض، ويحصل الاتفاق بين الأحاديث.

This research deals with studying the hadiths (traditions) mentioned in the provision on wearing red clothing and safflower for men, stating their degree of validity and weakness, stating the sayings of scholars regarding the provision on this issue, and their paths in dealing with the apparent contradiction between the hadiths (traditions). The research included an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it includes a statement of Islam’s interest in dress and adornment, the wisdom of that, the reason for my choice of this topic, its importance, and my methodology in it. As for the first topic: its title: “Ahadith on the ruling on wearing red for men.” As for the second topic: its title: “Difference of scholars regarding the ruling on wearing red for men.” As for the third topic: its title: “Overall the paths of scholars in dealing with the difference of these hadiths, with an explanation of the most correct of them.” As for the conclusion: it includes the most important results of this research. Finally: the research was appended to the references newspaper, which I referred to, and an index of its contents. After studying, researching and examining the sayings of the scholars, the researcher concluded that the most correct opinion on the issue is the statement that it is permissible to wear red and mauve clothes for men, unless there is another reason for the prohibition, then it is forbidden for it, and with this saying the contradiction is eliminated, and agreement is reached among the hadiths (traditions).
