جاء هذا البحث ليعرف بالحطيم حجر إسماعيل عليه الصلاة والسلام، وأنه على شكل نصف دائرة، وهو من الناحية الشمالية من الكعبة المشرفة، وأن مقاسه من أسفل الميزاب إلى منتصف الدائرة هو بقدر (8، 44 م)، وبقدر سبعة أذرع منه بما يعادل (3، 23 م) هو من الكعبة المشرفة، قد اقتطع منها وضم إلى الحجر زمن بناء قريش للكعبة قبل الإسلام، لعدم توفر المال الحلال لبنائها كلها. ثم بين البحث أصل بناء الحجر، وفضائله عامة وخاصة، وأما صلب البحث فجاء لبيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالحجر على رأي فقهاء المذاهب الأربعة. وقد شمل المبحث الأول بيان حكم الصلاة فيه فريضة كانت أم نافلة، وأن الجمهور على صحتها فيه. وأما المبحث الثاني عن حكم الطواف من داخل الحجر، وأن الفقهاء اختلفوا فيه جملة على قولين: بصحته، وبعدم صحته. وأما المبحث الثالث فجاء لبيان حكم عدة مسائل متفرقة متعلقة بالحجر: كاستحباب دخول الحجر، واستحباب الجلوس فيه، والدعاء فيه، والتزام واعتناق الكعبة المشرفة من داخل الحجر تحت الميزاب. كل ذلك مع ذكر الأدلة والمناقشات والجوابات. \
The purpose of this research is to define (The Hateem) the structure build by prophet Ismaiel peace be upon him. This structure is in the form of a half circle on the northern side of the Kaaba. It's measurement from below the Kaaba's roof gutter at the base to the center of the circle is (8.44m) and seven cubits from it, which is equivalent to (3.23m) subject is part of the Holy Kaaba. This part has been take out and annexed to the structure of the Prophet Ismaiel peace be upon him, in the period when the tribe "Quraish" rebuilt the Holy Kaaba prior to Islam, this was due to lack of legitimate funds to rebuild the Kaaba completely. Then research established the origin of the structure of the Prophet Ismaiel peace be upon him, and its general and special virtues. As for the text of the research, it explains the jurisprudence rulings concerning the structure of the prophet ismaiel peace be upon him, according to the four schools of thoughts. The First part of the research explains the validity of obligatory and supererogatory prayers, which the majority of scholars regard as valid. The Second part explains the validity of circling the Holy Kaaba within the structure of the Prophet Ismaiel peace be upon him, and the scholars dispute over its validity. The Third part explains the rulings of several different isues related to the structure of Prophet Ismaiel peace be upon him, such as the recommendation to enter the structure' to sit in it, to supplicate and to embrace the Holy Kaaba from within the structure of Prophet Ismaiel peace be upon him, under the Kaaba's roof gutter, all of this with the mentioning of evidence, discussions and answers. \
