المستخلص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى فحص مختلف الجوانب المنهجية والنظرية المتعلقة بالبحوث الخاصة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وعلاقتها بالأداء التنظيمي، إذ اتضح عسر تقويمها. فقد أثبتت العديد من الدراسات أن نفس الاستثمار في مؤسستين مختلفتين قد تكون له أثار مختلفة على أدائها التنظيمي؛ والذي يرجع في الأساس إلى تداخل العديد من الأبعاد ومستويات التحليل، الأمر الذي يستدعي استعارة مقاربات تخصصات شتى وتبنى منهج متعدد المداخل الفكرية.

This article examines the various methodological and theoretical aspects of information technology research related to the performance of organizations. A first observation reveals that the question of performance evaluation related to information technologies remains little studied due to its complexity and the different processes and levels of analysis that thisimposes.as such, we believe that the mobilization of the different disciplines seems more necessary than ever, requiring both the integration of a multi-paradigm approach in research.

Cet article a pour objectif l’examen des différents aspects méthodologiques et théoriques relatifs à la recherche en technologie de l’information liée à la performance des organisations. Le constat résultant de cet examen révèle que la question de l’évaluation de la performance liée aux technologies de l’information demeure peu étudiée vu sa complexité et les différents processus et niveaux d’analyse qu’elle comporte. Ce qui suppose une mobilisation sérieuse des différentes disciplines associant l’intégration d’une démarche multi-paradigmes dans la recherche.
