المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة انعكاسات تقلبات سعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي بالنسبة للأورو على رصيد الميزان التجاري الجزائري، وهذا في ظل التدهور المستمر للدولار مقابل الأورو مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار خاصية قطاع التجارة الجزائري الذي يتميز بكون أكثر من 97% من صادراته محروقات والمقومة بالدولار الأمريكي وحوالي ثلثي وارداته مصدرها الاتحاد الأوروبي والمسعرة بالأورو إذ يكلفها ذلك تكلفة الفوارق بين العملات، تم تطبيق اختبار التكامل المتزامن (المشترك) من أجل دراسة العلاقة بين الميزان التجاري الجزائري وسعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي بالنسبة للأورو، وقد تبين أن هناك علاقة في المدى الطويل بين الميزان التجاري الجزائري وسعر صرف الدولار بالنسبة للأورو، وهذا بسبب طبيعة التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية التي تعتمد على قطاع المحروقات بشكل رئيسي.

Le but de cette étude est vise à savoir et déterminer les effets des fluctuations de taux de change de Dollar américain par rapport à l’Euro, on prendre considération la dépréciation de Dollar par rapport l’Euro et en tenant compte la caractéristique du secteur commercial algérien, qui se caractérise par le fait que plus de 97% de ses exportations de carburant et libellés en Dollars américains et sur la propriété des deux tiers de ses importations provenant de l'Union européenne et libellée en Euros, que lui a confié les différences de coûts entre les monnaies. Nous avons utilise la méthode de cointégration pour tester la relation entre le solde de la balance commerciale et le taux de change de dollar american par rapport de l’euro, les résultats monté démontré qu'il y a une relation à long terme entre le solde de la balance commerciale et le taux de change de Dollar american par rapport de l’Euro, et cela est à cause de la nature du commerce extérieur algérien, qui dépend du secteur des hydrocarbures

This study aims to know the repercussions of fluctuations in the exchange rate of the US dollar relative to the euro on the balance of the Algerian trade balance, in light of the continuous depreciation of the dollar against the euro, taking into account the peculiarity of the Algerian trade sector, which is characterized by the fact that more than 97% of its exports are hydrocarbons, denominated in US dollars, and about two thirds its imports come from the European Union and are priced in euros, as this costs it the cost of the differences between currencies. The simultaneous (joint) integration test was applied to study the relationship between the Algerian trade balance and the US dollar exchange rate in relation to the euro. It has been found that there is a long-term relationship between the Algerian trade balance and the dollar's exchange rate in relation to the euro, and this is due to the nature of the Algerian foreign trade, which depends mainly on the hydrocarbon sector.
