|a تؤثر الأمراض والأوبئة بشكل رئيسي في عملية اللجوء والهجرة والنزوح، مما يؤدي إلى تزايد المشاكل الدولية التي تتطلب حلولا سريعة وناجحة من أجل التخفيف من معاناة هذه الفئات الأضعف في المجتمع الإنساني، الأمر الذي يدفع الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة إلى التحرك العاجل لاتخاذ آليات سريعة تضمن الحماية المناسبة لهذه الفئات، كما حصل في ظل تفشي فيروس كوفيد -19، من ذلك ما أطلقه مجلس الأمن الدولي من نداء عاجل وفوري لوقف الأعمال القتالية حيث إن انتشار الفيروس يعيق عملية التنمية وجهود بناء السلام، ولا يقتصر الأمر على الأمم المتحدة كذلك تتحرك المنظمات الإقليمية والمحلية بشكل موازي ومكمل لعمل الأمم المتحدة ، كل تلك الجهود لتضمن استمرار الحياة لهذه الشرائح المهشمة والأضعف اجتماعيا كحقهم في الحصول على الرعاية الطبية والإقامة والموطن والحق في التعليم والضمان الاجتماعي وغيرها من الحقوق التي قد تهدد استمرارها هذه الجائحة أو تصعب من عملية الحصول عليها. مما يقتضي بحثها بشكل متخصص.

|b Diseases and epidemics mainly affect the asylum, migration and displacement process, which leads to an increase in international problems that require quick and successful solutions in order to alleviate the suffering of these weaker groups in the humanitarian community, which pushes the United Nations and its specialized agencies to move urgently to take quick mechanisms that ensure appropriate protection For these groups, as happened in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, including the urgent and immediate appeal of the UN Security Council to stop hostilities, as the spread of the virus impedes the development process and peace-building efforts, and the matter is not limited to the United Nations, as well as regional and local organizations move in parallel. Complementing the work of the United Nations are all those efforts to ensure the continuation of life for these marginalized and vulnerable segments of the community, such as their right to medical care, residency, citizenship, the right to education, social security and other rights that may threaten the continuation of this pandemic or make it difficult to obtain them. Which requires specialized research.
