| 520 | |b This article will deal with a modern management control component called the Balanced Scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard is a dashboard-oriented toward strategy of the organization. This is a set of indicators constituting a system that measures the overall performance in four axes (finance, customer, internal processes, learning and innovation). Its implementation requires the direction of the organization toward strategy by transforming it into a process through all the daily activities of all staff to contribute to the ultimate success. Inspired by studies by Kaplan and Norton, the two American researchers who developed the Balanced Scorecard in five consecutive years, at the hospital institution specialized in Algeria, we tried to make an attempt of a BSC realisation. The results of the study demonstrated that the strategic activities guide and coordinate the relations of cause and effect to measure performance at the hospital. | ||
| 520 | |d Cet article traitera un volet de contrôle de gestion moderne qu’on appelle le BSC. Le Balanced Scorecard est un tableau de bord orienté vers la stratégie de l’organisation. C’est un ensemble d’indicateurs constituant un système qui mesure la performance globale en 4 axes (finance, client, processus internes, apprentissage et innovation). Sa mise en œuvre nécessite l’orientation de l’organisation vers la stratégie en la transformant en un processus à travers toutes les activités quotidiennes de tout le personnel pour contribuer au succès final. Inspirée des études réalisées par Kaplan et Norton, deux chercheurs Américains qui ont développé le BSC, en cinq années consécutives, à l’Etablissement hospitalier spécialisé en Algérie, on a essayé de faire une tentative de réalisation d’un BSC. Les résultats de l’étude ont démontré que les activités stratégiques guident et coordonnent les relations de cause à effet pour mesurer la performance à l’hôpital. | ||
