المستخلص: التجديد في الدين مقصد الأمر الإلهي، الكوني والديني، وتكلم الباحثون عن مقصد التجديد في الامتحان التكليفي المنوط بالأمر الديني، ولا يزال مقصد التجديد في الامتحان القدري المنوط بالأمر الكوني خليا عن الدراسات العلمية، فكانت هذه الدراسة بعنوان: (مقصد التجديد الديني في الامتحان الكوني-وباء كورونا المستجد نموذجا) دراسة مقاصدية تأصيلية تطبيقية) بهدف توجيه مقاصد الآيات الإلهية الكونية بما يتوافق مع معاني الآيات القرآنية، واستقراء ملامح التجديد الديني في الامتحان بوباء كورونا المستجد، وإثبات المقاصد الدينية من خلال الوقائع والسنن الكونية، وأهمية هذه الدراسة أنها تفسير عملي لمقصد تجدد المعاني القرآنية في الوقائع الكونية، مع ما فيها من إضافة علمية متمثلة في معرفة مقاصد الشارع عن طريق السنن الإلهية الكونية، وفي توجيه المقاصد بما لا يتعارض مع تشريع ديني نقلي، ولا مع واقع كوني فعلي، واتبع الباحث المنهج المقارن التحليلي: مقارنة الأمر الإلهي الديني بالأمر الرباني الكوني، لاستنتاج وجوه التوافق بين الأمرين، التي منها التعليل المقاصدي بالتجديد الديني، وجاءت الدراسة في مقدمة وأربعة مباحث، المبحث الرابع منها في ملامح التجديد الديني في مقاصد الامتحان الكوني، في ستة مطالب تضمنت ستة مقاصد: مقصد الإخافة والنذارة، مقصد تبيين الحق وإظهاره، مقصد التعجيب بالأمر الغريب، مقصد العظة والتذكرة، مقصد العلم والفقه، مقصد الضراعة والرجوع إلى الله، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أن المعنى الشرعي للتجديد الديني لا يبنى على مطلق المعنى اللغوي، وإنما يبنى على معانيه اللغوية المناسبة للحقيقة الشرعية، وأن السنن الكونية من مسالك المقاصد الشرعية، وأن التجديد مقصد شرعي للامتحان الديني والكوني، وأوصت الدراسة بالاعتناء بدراسة السنن الإلهية الكونية في جميع مناهج المراحل التعليمية، وتحقيق المخطوطات المؤلفة في موضوع الطواعين والأوبئة، وتأسيس كليات جامعية قائمة على الموازنة التعليمية بين العلوم الشرعية والطبية.

Renovation is the purpose of cosmic and religious commands. Many researchers and scholars have tackled the purpose of renovation on the commissioned test relating to the religious command. Previous literature on the purpose of renovation on the fatal test relating to the cosmic command are almost scarce. This study entitled: (The Purpose of Religious Renovation on the Cosmic Test: Newly Discovered Coronavirus Disease as an Example) aimed to examine the purposes of the cosmic Qura’nic verses in line with the meanings of the Qur’anic verses, and investigate the features of religious renovation into the cosmic test with the newly discovered Coronavirus Disease. The importance of this study stems from the fact that it explains the purpose of renewing the Quranic meanings in the cosmic facts, with additional knowledge on identifying purposes of the legislator through the cosmic divine laws, and determining the purposes in a way that is not inconsistent with a written religious law, or with an actual cosmic fact. To achieve the purpose of this study, the researcher used the comparative analytical approach through comparing the religious aspect with the cosmic aspect in order to identify the compatibility between the two aspects, including the purposeful reasoning with religious renovation. This study comprised of introduction and four topics, the fourth topic deals with the features of religious renovation in the purposes of the cosmic test, which included six purposes: the purpose of intimidation and cautioning, the purpose of identifying and clarifying the right, the purpose of astonishment at strange matters, the purpose of sermon and preaching, the purpose of knowledge and jurisprudence, the purpose of invocation and return to God. The results of the study revealed that the meaning of religious renovation in the Islamic law (Sharia) is not based on the absolute linguistic meaning, but rather on its linguistic meanings that fit the truth of Islamic law and that the cosmic laws are pathways of Islamic law purposes. The renovation is a legitimate purpose for the religious and cosmic test. In light of the findings, the study recommended to pay more attention to teaching the cosmic divine laws in all curricula and textbooks of the educational stages, and investigate the manuscripts written on plagues and epidemics, as well as establish colleges that are based on educational balance between the legal and medical sciences.
