|a " حينما يتعانق الجمال الفني مع التاريخ في أول يخت مصري ملكي هو اليخت ""محروسة"" أشهر وأهم اليخوت على مستوى العالم، كونه شاهدا على أحداث تاريخية هامة جعلته يحتل مكانته بجدارة في صفحات التاريخ، هو ليس فقط يخت تاريخي بل هو تحفة فنية رائعة الجمال لمن أراد أن يتذوق الجمال. ونحن بحاجة إلى العودة لتراث مصر الفني وتأصيل القيم الحضارية لهذا التراث بعد أن فقدت العمارة المصرية شخصيتها المميزة عبر العصور. والتصميم الداخلي والأثاث لليخت من الداخل كان له فلسفة خاصة جدا؛ فقد تم تصميم قاعاته المتنوعة بلمسات من كل الحضارات المختلفة التي ازدهرت على أرض مصر بداية من الحضارة المصرية القديمة والإسلامية وغيرها في مزيج فني يحكي تاريخ مصر المحروسة. ويعتبر يخت ""محروسة"" من أكبر القصور العائمة في العالم نظرا لفخامته الشديدة في تصميمه الداخلي ومقتنياته الفاخرة من أثاث بديع ولوحات وقطع فنية نادرة، وتأتي أهميته التاريخية حينما شارك في افتتاح قناة السويس لأول مرة في نوفمبر عام 1869 وكان أول عائمة بحرية تبحر فيها، وقد مر عليه العديد من الملوك والرؤساء والشخصيات التاريخية الهامة؛ حيث كان واجهة مصر في المحافل الدولية. وسطع نجمه من جديد في أغسطس عام 2015 في افتتاح قناة السويس الجديدة. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على هذا المزيج الفني الرائع والاستفادة من هذا الموروث الحضاري النادر وإدراك القيمة الفنية والتاريخية له، وبخاصة في تلك الحقبة من تاريخ مصر التي مثلت في مضمونها نقطة تحول وفترة انتقالية بين الفنون الكلاسيكية والفنون الحديثة مثلما كانت نقطة تحول في تاريخ مصر حيث شهدت على زوال الملكية حينما أقلت آخر ملوك مصر إلى منفاه الأخير وبداية عهد جديد في مصر."

The interior design and furniture of the yacht from the inside had a very special philosophy; Its diverse halls are designed with touches from all the different civilizations that flourished on the land of Egypt, beginning with the ancient Egyptian civilization, Islamic and others in an artistic mix that tells the history of guarded Egypt. The yacht ""Mahroussa"" is considered one of the largest floating palaces in the world due to its extreme luxury in its interior design and its luxurious collectibles of exquisite furniture, paintings and rare pieces of art. Its historical importance comes when it participated in the opening of the Suez Canal for the first time in November 1869 and was the first marine boat to sail in. Many kings, presidents and important historical figures have passed through it; Where he was the face of Egypt in international forums. And its star rose again in August 2015 with the opening of the new Suez Canal. This study came to shed light on this wonderful artistic mix, to benefit from this rare cultural heritage and to realize its artistic and historical value, especially in that era in Egypt's history, which represented in its content a turning point and a transitional period between classical and modern arts as it was a turning point in the history of Egypt. It witnessed the demise of the monarchy when the last king of Egypt was transferred to his final exile and the beginning of a new era in Egypt."
