المستخلص: "يدور موضوع البحث حول راو من رواة الحديث المكثرين، يعد من شيوخ أصحاب الكتب الستة، وهو يحيى بن يمان العجلي، والوصول إلى رأي راجح في حاله من مجموع أقوال النقاد، ودراسة مروياته في جامع الترمذي. يهدف البحث إلى الأمور الآتية: - الوقوف على حكم راجح في حال يحيى بن يمان من خلال استقراء كتب الجرح والتعديل وإعمال ضوابط الجرح والتعديل. - النظر في حديث يحيى بن يمان العجلي في صحيح مسلم، وتخريجه ودراسته، وبيان وجه إخراج مسلم لحديثه. - النظر في أحاديث يحيى بن يمان المعلة في جامع الترمذي، وتخريجها ودراستها لمعرفة موقف الترمذي منه، وهل تضعفه أم أنها لا تؤثر في توثيقه ولا تصل إلى القدح في حاله. ويستقرئ البحث أقوال النقاد في كتب التراجم الأصلية، وبيان أقوالهم في درجتها وتعليلها، وروايات أحاديث يحيى بن يمان العجلي وأحكام العلماء عليها من مصادرها الأصلية، ثم يقارن بينها، ويدرس مجمل أقوال النقاد فيه ثم يذكر الخلاصة التي تستفاد من مجموع الأقوال على ضوء قواعد الجرح والتعديل. ويعد هذا الموضوع من أهمية في كونه يبحث عن حال راو من المكثرين من الرواية، وهو يحيى بن يمان العجلي من الرواة الذين روى لهم الإمام مسلم في صحيحه. وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج من أبرزها: - يحيى بن يمان العجلي صدوق يخطئ كثيرا، ويفسر الجرح في ضبطه بأحاديث من مروياته، وليس بحجة إذا خولف، وقد تغير في آخر حياته. - تجنب البخاري إخراج حديث يحيى بن يمان في صحيحه، ولكن الإمام مسلم أخرج له في صحيحه حديثا واحدا من كتاب الزهد والرقاق، مقرونا بعبدة بن سليمان وهو ثقة ثبت. - أخرج الإمام الترمذي ليحيى بن يمان سبعة أحاديث في جامعه، أعل خمسة منها. - الذي ظهر لي أن الترمذي يحسن حديث يحيى بن يمان لغيره."

"The subject of the research revolves around Rao, one of the many modern novelists, one of the elders of the six book owners, Yahya bin Yaman al-Ajli, reaching rajeh's opinion in his case from the sum of the statements of critics, and studying his narrations in the Mosque of Al-Termadi. The research aims at the following: -To stand on the rule of Rajeh in the case of Yahya Bin Yaman by extrapolating the books of the wound and modifying and implementing the controls of the wound and modification. - Consider the hadith of Yahya bin Yaman al-Ajli in Sahih Muslim, his graduation and study, and a statement of the face of the directing of a Muslim to his hadith. - Consider the conversations of Yahya bin Yaman al- Maala in the Mosque of Al-Termadi, graduate and study them to see the position of the termant, whether they weaken him or do not affect his documentation and do not reach the mug in his case. The research settles the statements of critics in the original translation books, the statement of their statements in their degree and explanation, and the novels of the hadiths of Yahya bin Yaman al-Ajli and the judgments of the scholars on them from their original sources, and then compares them, and examines the whole statements of critics in it and then mentions the summary that is used in the sum of statements in light of the rules of wound and modification. This topic is important in looking for the case of a narrator of many of the novel, Yahya ibn Yaman al-Ajli, one of the storytellers narrated by Imam Muslim in his trueness. The researcher reached the most prominent results: - Yahya bin Yaman al-Ajli Saduk makes a lot of mistakes, and explains the wound in his control with conversations from his narrations, not under the pretext of if he is a snob, and has changed at the end of his life. - Bukhari avoided directing the hadith of Yahya bin Yaman in his true, but Imam Muslim recently directed him in his true hadith one of the book of Ashed and Raqqaq, coupled with Abdo bin Suleiman, a trust that has been proven. - Imam Al-Termadi to Yahya bin Yaman produced seven hadiths at his university, five of which were raised. - Which showed me that the term ""al-Termadi"" improves the talk of Yahya Bin Yaman to others."
