المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى: التوصل إلى استراتيجية مقترحة في ضوء طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لمساهمة الجمعيات الأهلية في بناء مجتمع المعرفة، ويتم تحقيق ذلك الهدف من خلال تحديد مستوى تقدير الأدوار المنوطة للجمعيات الأهلية المتمثلة في (الاقتصادية – الاجتماعية – الثقافية – التقنية - البيئية) للمساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة، وتحديد مستوى تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة بالجمعيات الأهلية المتمثلة في (عملية اكتساب/ توليد المعرفة - عملية تخزين المعرفة - عملية توزيع المعرفة - عملية تطبيق المعرفة - عملية متابعة المعرفة) للمساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة، وتحديد مهارات العاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية للمساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة، وتحديد المعوقات والتحديات المحتملة التي تواجه الجمعيات الأهلية للمساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، وتم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب العينة لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة والعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية، وتم الحصول على البيانات من خلال تصميم استمارة قياس طبقت على عينة قوامها (٢٤٧) مفردة من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة والعاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود درجات متباينة بين الكبيرة والمتوسطة في أدوار الجمعيات الأهلية للمساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة، كما أنه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى أدوار الجمعيات الأهلية لصالح الجمعيات الأهلية في الحضر مقابل الريف، ووجود درجات عالية من مستوى تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة بالجمعيات الأهلية للمساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة كما أنه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة لصالح الجمعيات الأهلية في الحضر مقابل الريف، ووجود درجات متنوعة من مهارات العاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية بشكل عام، ووجود درجات متنوعة من المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه الجمعيات الأهلية للمساهمة في بناء مجتمع المعرفة.

The current study aimed at: Reaching a proposed strategy from the perspective of community organization method for the contribution of civil associations in building the knowledge society. Therefore, the previous can be achieved through determining the level of evaluation of the roles assigned to civil associations represented in (economic, social, cultural, technical and environmental roles) to contribute to build the knowledge society. The matter includes determining application level of knowledge management inside civil associations represented in the process of (acquiring /generating knowledge, storing knowledge, distribution knowledge, applying knowledge and pursuing knowledge) to contribute to build the knowledge society and determining the skills of civil society workers to contribute to build the knowledge society, and also identifying potential obstacles and challenges facing civil associations to contribute to build the knowledge society. The current study belongs to the descriptive analytical studies. It also follows the method of social survey by sample for the members of the board of directors and workers in civil associations. The data was obtained by designing a scale form which was applied to a sample of (247) members of the board directors and workers in civil associations. Findings of the current study came as follows: The presence of varying degrees between large and medium in the roles of civil associations to contribute to build the knowledge society, and there are statistically significant differences between the level of the roles of civil associations in favor of civil associations in urban versus rural, and the presence of high degrees of the level of application of knowledge management processes. There are also statistically significant differences between the level of application of knowledge management processes for the benefit of civil associations in urban versus rural, and the presence of various degrees of skills of civil society workers in general, and the presence of various degrees of obstacles and challenges that civil associations face to contribute to build the knowledge society.
