المستخلص: "عنوان البحث: (معالم المنهج الفقهي عند الطوفي من خلال شرح مختصر الخرقي)، تأليف: د. محمد طارق الفوزان، الأستاذ المساعد بقسم الفقه وأصوله بكلية الشريعة -جامعة الكويت، البريد الإلكتروني: Mohammed.alfouzan@ku.edu.kw مختصر الخرقي علم من أعلام المتون الفقهية الحنبلية، ولهذا حظي بشروح عز ظفر مختصر بمثلها من جهة العدة والعدد، ومن أمثل تلك الشروح وأحسنها وأغزرها فائدة: شرح العلامة نجم الدين الطوفي، إمام الفقه والأصول، وهذا الشرح وإن كان مفقودا إلا أن النقل عنه ماثل في مصنفين عظيمين من مصنفات الحنابلة: الإنصاف للمرداوي (ت 885)، ونقوله عن شرح الطوفي متوسطة الأهمية غالبا، وفتح الملك العزيز بشرح الوجيز لابن البهاء البغدادي الحنبلي (ت 900)، ونقوله عن الطوفي طويلة في غاية الأهمية غالبا، وبلغ نقلهما عنه: أربعين نقلا تقريبا، ومن خلال تلك النقول درس البحث معالم المنهج الفقهي عند الطوفي، واشتمل على مباحث عدة، تحت كل مبحث مطلب فيه معلم من معالم المنهج الفقهي، وتحت كل معلم ثلاثة نصوص أو أربعة من شرح مختصر الخرقي للطوفي، مع الشرح والتعليق والاستدراك والبيان حسب ما يقتضيه المقام. فمن مطالب البحث: تعريف بشرح الخرقي للطوفي، وزمن تأليفه، والمصادر الناقلة عنه، طريقة الطوفي في التمهيد للأبواب التي يشرحها، وعنايته ببيان اختيارات الخرقي، وزوائده عليه، وبيانه لثمرات الخلاف ومآخذه، واستدلالاته، واختياراته، ونقده لإطلاقات الفقهاء وحججهم، وعنايته بالتقسيم، وإظهار مقاصد التشريع."

"The title of the research: (Milestones of the Jurisprudence Method of Al-Toufi Through the Explanation of Mukhtasar Al-Kharqi) authored by Dr Muhammad Tariq Al-Fawzan Assistant Professor, Department of Jurisprudence and Its Foundations, College of Sharia - Kuwait University, Email:Mohammed.alfouzan@ku.edu.kw Therefore, this book has received a great popularity and success in term of number and explanation. One of the best examples of this explanations it’s unique pattern and most useful, the scholar Najm al-Din al-Toufi explained this book as an Imam of Jurisprudence and Principal. Although, this explanation would have been missed, it has been quoted in diagonal toward two great authors of Hanbali compilations. Al-Insaf Al-Mardawi (d.885), It has been said about the explanation of Al-Toufi is average importance usually, Fatahul al-Malik al-Aziz with the brief explanation by Ibn al-Baha al-Baghdadi al-Hanbali (d.900). Whatever has been said about al-Toufi is long and great importance often, its quotation has been reached nearly forty. Through these quotations, the research examined the features of the jurisprudential approach of Al-Toufi, it has been comprised of several research. Under each research there is a requirement, one of the highlights of the jurisprudential curriculum under each highlight three texts or four brief explanation of al-Kharqi by al-Tawfi, along with explanation, comment, correction and statement as required by the position. Among the requirements of the research is a definition of al-Kharqi's explanation of al-Tawfi, the period of its composition and the sources carrying it. Al-Toufi's way of introducing the chapters that he explains, and his attention to explanation of Al-Kharqi's choices, and appendix on it, And his statement to the results of disagreement and its references, its inferences, and its choices, and its criticism of absolute jurisprudent and their arguments, and its attention to the division, and to demonstrate the purposes of legislation."
