المستخلص: "عرض البحث لآراء سيبويه (ت ١٨٠ه) الواردة في كتاب شواهد التوضيح لابن مالك (ت ٦٧٢ ه) مبينا صحة نسبة هذه الآراء لسيبويه من عدمها، وبيان موقف ابن مالك من هذه الآراء وذلك لأهمية هذا الكتاب النفيس الذي ناقش فيه ابن مالك روايات الأحاديث المشكلة في الجامع الصحيح ووجهها واستدل لها؛ وكذا لشخصية ابن مالك رافع لواء الاستشهاد بالحديث، ومن حسن الطالع أن يناقش البحث آراء إمام النحويين سيبويه، المدعى عليه رفضه الاستشهاد بالحديث؛ لأنه لم يضمنه كتابه، وقد صاغ البحث هذه الآراء في صورة مسائل نحوية مرتبة وفق ترتيب ابن مالك للألفية، وقد شرحت هذه المسائل وفق المنهج التالي: ذكر كلام ابن مالك المتضمن لرأي سيبويه والأحاديث النبوية التي ساقها ابن مالك بعد أن أضع عنوانا للمسألة التي يدخل تحتها الحديث الشريف وذكر الشاهد النحوي في الحديث الشريف، ثم أذكر آراء العلماء فيها ورأي سيبويه بعد توثيقه من كتابه، ثم رأي ابن مالك ومدى اتفاقه مع سيبويه أو مخالفته له، ثم أذكر الرأي الراجح، فيما يبدو للباحث دون التعصب لسيبويه أو لابن مالك. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وخاتمة، وخمسة مباحث، أما المقدمة فقد ذكرت فيها أسباب اختيار الموضوع، وأهميته وخطة البحث ومنهجي فيه، وأما المباحث فهي كالتالي: المبحث الأول: (المعارف) المبحث الثاني (النواسخ) المبحث الثالث: (التعدي واللزوم، والاستثناء والتمييز) المبحث الرابع: (حروف الجر) والمبحث الخامس: (حروف الجواب، ومسألة في الإعراب). أما الخاتمة، فقد ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج ومنها: 1-تخريج الأحاديث النبوية والآثار التي ذكرها ابن مالك في سياق ذكر رأي سيبويه من مظانها من كتب الحديث، وكذا تخريج آراء سيبويه من كتابه. 2-إحصاء آراء سيبويه في هذا الكتاب النافع ومناقشتها، وبيان موقف ابن مالك منها في بحث مستقل، وفي هذا إثراء للدرس اللغوي فقد ذكر ابن مالك اثني عشر رأيا لسيبويه وافقه في سبعة آراء، وخالفه في أربعة آراء، مما يدل على اتفاقهما في أكثر المسائل. 3-بين البحث آراء سيبويه في مسائل معينة وردت فيها أحاديث نبوية توافق فيها رأي سيبويه مع روايات الأحاديث، وهذا يدفع عن سيبويه تهمة رفض الاستشهاد بالحديث كما قيل؛ لأنه لم يضمنه كتابه. 4-صحح البحث نسبة بعض الآراء لبعض النحويين، كابن السراج الذي نقل عنه ابن يعيش منع وقوع التمييز بعد فاعل نعم وبئس الظاهر، وهو يجيز ذلك. 5-دعا البحث إلى إعادة تخريج الأحاديث النبوية التي ورد الاستشهاد بها في كتب النحو؛ لتطور وسائل البحث والتخريج والتوثيق؛ ولظهور موسوعات علمية تقوم بتخريج كثير من الأحاديث المختلف عليها، لعل هذا يكون فيه حل للخلاف حول قضية الاستشهاد بالحديث، وحبذا لو قام قسم بإحدى الكليات بطرح هذه المبادرة كأبحاث لدرجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه. ثم ذيلت البحث بفهرس للموضوعات، وثبت بالمصادر والمراجع، والله من وراء السبيل."

"This study highlights Sibawayh's Grammatical Views in Ibn Malek's precious Book Clarification and Correction Quotations on the Problems of Al-jame' Al-Sahih, with particular reference to Ibn Malek's Commentary on Sibuyeh's Views, pointing out the validity of being attributed to Sibawayh. In this valuable book, Ibn Malek tackles the problematic narrated prophetic traditions by specifying each case and making a process of logical and methodical reasoning for them. The study underscores Ibn Malik as a pioneer grammarian whose an approval of making use of prophetic traditions quotations for supporting certain linguistic and grammatical questions. Sibawayh's grammatical views are fortunately discussed in this paper only to refute the false allegation of his rejection to make prophetic tradition as a source of linguistic and grammatical quotation. Sibawayh book has none of prophetic traditions quotation, which is might be falsely thought be an indication for his denial to quote them for linguistic or grammatical approval or rejection in certain cases. Sibawayh's Grammatical topics are arranged in the order of Ibn Malik's Alphiyah (one thousand poetic lines summarizing all Arabic grammatology. The researcher, therefore, has clarified them according to the following methodology. Firstly, Ibn Malek's commentary on Sibawayh's views are thoroughly explained with reference to Thematically - organized quoted prophetic hadith. The researcher described all grammarian views particularly, documented Sibaway's views compared to that of Ibn Malek, showing to what extent are they agreeable or disagreeable and which one of them is the most likely objectively approved by the researcher. The study comes in an introduction, five chapters, and a conclusion As for the introduction, it points out the study rational, importance of the topic, statement of the study and its methodology. As for the next five chapters, they are dealt with as following First chapter is on the definite parts of speech. Second chapter is on Al-Nawasikh (transitive auxiliary verbs and preposition) Third chapter is on TransitivityIntransitivity, Dejunction and Complement. Fourth chapter is on Prepositions Fifth chapter is on Yes-Answer Words and a question of Parsing As for the conclusion, the researcher mentioned the most important results, which including: 1-Documenting all quoted prophetic hadith and Sibawayh's grammatical view; by tracing each to its authentic resources. 2-Surveying and discussing all Sibawayh's grammatical views seen by Ibn Malek in another separate research to enrich classic Arabic linguistics. 3-The study described how Sibawayh's grammatical views almost go in accordance with the authentic narration of many prophetic traditions, which refute his alleged rejection of quoting them in grammatical and linguistic contexts. 4-In his book, Ibn Malek mentioned 12 grammatical views of Sibawayh, in seven of which he agreed with him and disagreed in only four. This is a piece of evidence of their almost agreeable grammatical approach 5-The study corrected some mistaken attribution of grammatical views in grammar, like that of Ibn Assaraj which is mistakenly made by Ibn Ya'ish related the subject of Complement after Interjection expressions. 6-In the light of progress in documentation by means of modern technology and the spread of specialized encyclopedias, the researcher called upon the necessity of referencing all problematic quoted prophetic traditions in grammar books. He is suggesting that this mission is more preferably to be executed by academic departments and colleges listing them for MA and Ph.D topics for its researchers. The research is entailed with thematic index, works cited and bibliography. May Allah guide us to the most righteous path."
