المستخلص: أولا مشكلة البحث: إن الاهتمام بقضايا المعاقين ومشكلاتهم ليس بجديد على الأخصائي الاجتماعي كممارس عام ولكن هذا الاهتمام كما أوضحت الدراسات والبحوث السابقة كان مركز على مشكلات المعاقين واحتياجاتهم ودمجهم في المجتمع والاهتمام بتنمية مهاراتهم ورفع كفائتهم، ولكن قضايا الاهتمام بتنمية مهارات أمهات الأطفال المعاقين وخاصة المكفوفين نلاحظ أن هناك ندرة في الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع كما أكدت على ذلك الدراسات السابقة، وبالرغم من أنه لكي نتمكن من تنمية مهارات الأطفال المكفوفين لابد من تنمية مهارات أمهاتهم أولا، إلا أن معظم الدراسات لم تهتم بتنمية مهارات أمهات الأطفال المكفوفين، لذلك تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارات الأمهات للتعامل مع مشكلات أطفالهن المكفوفين. أهمية البحث: تتمثل أهمية البحث الراهن في بيان مدى أهمية الحاجة إلى تنمية مهارات الأمهات للتعامل مع مشكلات أطفالهن المكفوفين من خلال استخدام النموذج التنموي من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية والذي سيؤدي إلى تنمية مهارات التواصل والتفاعل ومهارات حل المشكلة ومهارات متابعة السلوك والتي سينتج عن تنميتها حل المشكلات التي تواجه الأطفال ذوي الهمم بصفة عامة والأطفال المكفوفين بصفة خاصة. أهداف الدراسة: Objectives of the study تنطلق الدراسة من هدف رئيسي مؤداه (اختبار فاعلية استخدام النموذج التنموي من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارات الأمهات للتعامل مع مشكلات أطفالهن المكفوفين. فروض الدراسة:- Study assignments يتحدد الفرض الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة في أنه توجد علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام النموذج التنموي من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية وتنمية مهارات الأمهات للتعامل مع مشكلات أطفالهن المكفوفين. مفاهيم الدراسة ١- مفهوم الفعالية ٢- مفهوم النموذج التنموي ٣- مفهوم الممارسة العامة 4- مفهوم المهارة 5- مفهوم المكفوفين الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة: نوع الدراسة: دراسة تجريبية منهج الدراسة: المنهج التجريبي أدوات الدراسة: مقياس تنمية المهارات مجالات الدراسة: المجال المكاني جمعية النور والأمل للمكفوفين ببورسعيد المجال البشري عينة قوامها (١٧) من أمهات المكفوفين نتائج البحث: أثبتت نتائج البحث صحة فروض البحث

First, the search problem: Attention to the issues of the disabled and their problems is not new especially socially as a general practitioner, but this interest, as previous studies and research has shown, was focused on the problems of the disabled and their needs and integration into society and interest in developing their skills and raising their efficiency, but issues of interest in developing the skills of mothers of disabled children, especially the blind, we note that there is a dearth of studies on this subject as confirmed by previous studies, although in order to be able to develop the skills of blind children, it is necessary to develop the skills of their mothers first, but most of the studies on this subject, although in order to be able to develop the skills of blind children, we must develop the skills of their mothers first. The studies did not care about wishing the skills of mothers of blind children, so this study seeks professional intervention using the development model from the perspective of general practice in social service to develop the skills of mothers to deal with the problems of their blind children. The importance of research: The importance of the current research is to demonstrate the importance of the need to develop the skills of mothers to deal with the problems of their blind children through the use of the development model from the perspective of general practice in social service, which will lead to the development of communication and interaction skills and problem-solving skills and follow-up behavior skills, which will result in their development solving the problems facing children of concern in general and blind children in particular. Study objectives of the study: The study is based on the main objective of "testing the effectiveness of the use of the development model from the perspective of general practice in social service to develop the skills of mothers to deal with the problems of their blind children. Study assignments: The main hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between the use of the development model from the perspective of general practice in social service and the development of mothers' skills to deal with the problems of their blind children.
