المستخلص: يعتبر مفهوم المنظمات غير الحكومية من المفاهيم الرحالة أو الوافدة، التي تنتقل من بيئة معرفية واجتماعية إلى أخرى، قد تتقاطع معها أو تختلف جذريا عنها. الإشكالية التي أردنا إثارتها من خلال هذا المقال هي "ما مدى تأثر عمل المنظمات الغير حكومية بالقيم الدينية والثقافية. ومن ذلك تساؤلات فرعية تتمثل في هل المنظمات الغير حكومية تلتزم بالقيم العالمية التي وضعتها مختلف التشريعات الدولية على غرار الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان واتفاقيتي 1966 الخاصة بالحقوق السياسية والمدنية والخاصة بالحقوق الاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية وغيرها من الاتفاقيات العالمية والإقليمية أم الالتزام بالقيم الدينية والثقافية المحلية في حالة تعارضها.

The concept of non-governmental organizations is considered one of the nomadic or expatriate concepts that move from one cognitive and social environment to another, which may intersect with it or radically differ from it. The problem that we wanted to raise through this article is "to what extent the work of non-governmental organizations is affected by religious and cultural values. And from this auxiliary questions represented in whether non-governmental organizations adhere to the universal values established by various international legislation, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and my conventions. 1966 Concerning political, civil and economic rights, economic, cultural and social rights and other global and regional agreements or commitment to local religious and cultural values in case they conflict.

Le concept d'organisations non gouvernementales est considéré comme un concept nomade ou expatrié qui passe d'un environnement cognitif et social à un autre, qui peut l'intersecter ou en différer radicalement. Le problème que nous voulions soulever dans cet article est de savoir dans quelle mesure le travail des organisations non gouvernementales est affecté par les valeurs religieuses et culturelles. Et à partir de ces questions auxiliaires représentées par l'adhésion des organisations non gouvernementales aux valeurs universelles établies par diverses législations internationales, telles que la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme et mes conventions. 1966 Concernant les droits politiques, civils et économiques, les droits économiques, culturels et sociaux et d'autres accords mondiaux et régionaux ou l'engagement envers les valeurs religieuses et culturelles locales en cas de conflit.
