المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تدرب الطلاب على التطبيقات الأصولية والتعامل مع نصوص الشريعة، وما لها من أهمية بالغة خصوصا مباحث العموم والخصوص؛ لتعلقها بكلام الله -جل جلاله- وكلام رسوله-صلى الله عليه وسلم-لا سيما وهما متعلق التكليف في الشريعة، ومعرفة بخطورة الربا على المسلم وعظم وزره وبالغ أثره في حياته، واتبعت فيه منهجا يقوم على استخراج جميع العمومات من الحديث، ودراسة نوع العموم في كل منها، ثم ذكر نص الحديث، مع حذف السند، والاقتصار الراوي، وقد قمت بتخريج الحديث، وبيان درجته، ثم ذكر صيغ العموم من الحديث ونوع الصيغة، والخلاف فيها إن وُجد، وتوثيقها، ثم ذكر مخصصات العموم الواردة في الحديث، وبيانها من حيث الاتصال والانفصال، وقد بدأت بالكلام عن مفهوم العام وصيغه، والخاص وأنواعه باختصار، واقتصرت على حديث واحد في الربا؛ لشموله غالب الأحكام وللابتعاد عن إطالة الكلام، وقمت باختيار حديث يشمل أحكام الربا، استخرج منه العمومات المترتبة عليها أحكامها، وأدرس نوع العموم في كل منها، مع ذكر نص الحديث، وحذف السند، والاقتصار على الراوي، وتخريج الحديث، وبيان درجته، وذكر صيغ العموم من الحديث، ونوع الصيغة، والخلاف فيها إن وجد، وتوثيقها، وذكر مخصصات العموم الواردة في الحديث، وبيانها من حيث الاتصال والانفصال، وتجلت لي في ختام البحث نتائج من أبرزها: أن صيغ العموم محصورة غير متجددة، وأنها رُتب؛ تختلف قوتها في الدلالة على العموم بقوة إبهامها، وأن عدم ذكر بعض العلماء لبعض الصيغ لا يعد دليلا على عدم اعتبارها من صيغ العموم عنده؛ إلا من ذكرها على سبيل الحصر، وأن اللفظ العام قد يكون لا أعم منه، فهو شامل غير مشمول، وقد يكون عاما بالنسبة، فهو شامل من وجه ومشمول من وجه آخر، وأوصي طلاب العلم بدراسة مباحث دلالات الألفاظ، وتطبيق القواعد الأصولية على أحاديث الربا خصوصا وغيرها عموما.

"The research aims to train students on fundamentalist applications and dealing with Sharia texts, and their great importance, especially public and private investigations; Because it is related to the words of God - the Exalted His Majesty - and the words of His Messenger - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - especially as they are related to the mandate in the Sharia, and the knowledge of the danger of usury on the Muslim and the greatness of his burden and its great impact on his life, and I followed a method based on extracting all the generalities from the hadith, and studying the type of generality in Each of them, then he mentioned the text of the hadith, with the deletion of the chain of transmission, and the narrator was restricted to the narrator, walkhilaf fiha 'iin wujd, watawthiqaha, thuma dhakar mukhssisat aleumum alwaridat fi alhaditha, wabayanaha min hayth alaitisal walainfisali, waqad bada'at bialkalam ean mafhum aleamm wsiaghh, walkhass wa'anwaeih biaikhtisarin, waiqtasarat ealaa hadith wahid fi alriba; lishumulih ghalib al'ahkam walilaibtiead ean 'iitalat alkalami, waqumt biaikhtiar hadith yashmal 'ahkam alriba, aistakhraj minh aleumumat almutaratibat ealayha 'ahkamaha, wa'adrus nawe aleumum fi kll minha, mae dhikr nass alhaditha, wahadhf alsinda, walaiqtisar ealaa alraawi, watakhrij alhaditha, wabayan darajatihi, And the disagreement about it, if any, and documenting it, then mentioning the specifics of the general in the hadith, and explaining them in terms of communication and separation. To include most of the rulings and to avoid prolonging speech, and I chose a hadith that includes the provisions of usury, extract from it the generalities that result from its provisions, and study the type of generality in each of them, mentioning the text of the hadith, deleting the chain of transmission, limiting it to the narrator, extracting the hadith, and clarifying its degree, He mentioned the general formulas of the hadith, the type of formula, the disagreement in it if any, and documenting it, and he mentioned the provisions of the generality contained in the hadith, and their statement in terms of communication and separation, and at the conclusion of the research, the most important results were revealed to me: that the formulas of the generality are limited and non renewable, and they are arranged; Its strength in denoting the generality varies with the strength of its ambiguity, and that the failure of some scholars to mention some formulas is not considered evidence that they are not considered among the general formulas in his view. Except for those who mentioned it exclusively, and that the general expression may not be more general than it, so it is comprehensive and not included, and it may be general in relation to it, so it is comprehensive in one way and included in another, I recommend the students of knowledge to study the semantics of words, and to apply the fundamental rules to the hadiths of usury in particular and others in general."
