المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على اتجاهات الزوجات الأردنيات نحو ضرورة تفعيل قانون الخلوة الشرعية في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي والأسري والنفسي لأسر المساجين في المراكز الإصلاحية في المجتمع الأردني. والتعرف على اتجاهات الزوجات الأردنيات نحو أساليب ووسائل تفعيل قانون الخلوة الشرعية في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل وفقا للثقافة السائدة في المجتمع الأردني والتعرف على معوقات تطبيقها. اعتمدت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والتي تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من النساء المتزوجات من المجتمع الأردني من محافظة الكرك، والبالغ عددهن الإجمالي نحو (65500) امرأة واستخدمت الدراسة لاختيار أفراد عينة الدراسة أسلوب العينة الحصصية من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تكونت العينة الدراسية بشكلها النهائي من (1602) امرأة، وعالجت الدراسة البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من الدراسة الميدانية إحصائيا، باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى الكلي لاتجاهات الزوجات من عينة الدراسة نحو مساهمة تفعيل قانون الخلوة الشرعية في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي والأسري لأسر المساجين قد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، بمتوسط حسابي (3.826) وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى الكلي لاتجاهات الزوجات من عينة الدراسة نحو مساهمة تفعيل قانون الخلوة الشرعية في تحقيق الأمن النفسي لأسر المساجين قد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، بمتوسط حسابي (3.995)، وبينت النتائج أن من أهم وسائل تفعيل قانون الخلوة الشرعية في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل تتمثل في نشر الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية تطبيق الخلوة الشرعية في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل وأحكامها القانونية والشرعية ضمن المنظومة القيمية للمجتمع الأردني، وبينت النتائج أن من أهم معوقات تفعيل قانون الخلوة الشرعية في مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل تتمثل في ضعف اهتمام مؤسسات المجتمع المدني ووسائل الإعلام بالتوعية بأهمية تفعيل قانون الخلوة الشرعية في المراكز الإصلاحية ودورها في الإصلاح والتأهيل. وأوصت الدراسة بناء على نتائجها بزيادة اهتمام مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل بتسهيل تطبيق الخلوة الشرعية وتهيئة أماكن مناسبة لعقدها، وإحاطة إجراءات تطبيق الخلوة الشرعية بالسرية التامة.

This study aimed at identifying the attitudes of the Jordanian wives concerning the necessity of activating the law of legal seclusion in reform and rehabilitation centers in achieving psychological, familial and social security for inmates' families in rehabilitation centers in the Jordanian community as well as identifying the attitudes of the Jordanian wives towards the methods of activating the law of legal seclusion in reform and rehabilitation centers according to the prevalent culture in the Jordanian community and the obstacles of applying that. The study used the social survey approach by sample and the questionnaire was used as the study instrument for data collection; its validity and reliability were verified. The study population consisted of the married wives in the Jordanian community in Al-Karak governorate, with total of (65.500) women. The study sample consisted of (1.602) women and was chosen based on quota sample. SPSS was used for statistical processing of the study data. The results showed that the overall level for the attitudes of the wives concerning the role of legal seclusion in achieving social and familial security among the families of inmates was high, with a mean of (3.826). The results revealed that the overall level for the attitudes of the wives concerning the role of activating legal seclusion in achieving social and familial security among the families of inmates was high, with a mean of (3.995). The results revealed that the most important methods for activating the law of legal seclusion in reform and rehabilitation centers are represented by disseminating awareness concerning the importance of applying legal seclusion in reform and rehabilitation centers with its legal and legitimate provisions according to value system in the Jordanian community. The results revealed that the most prominent obstacles of activating the law of legal seclusion in reform and rehabilitation centers are represented in the lack of interest of the institutions of the civil society and media in the educating people about the importance of activating the law of legal seclusion in reform centers and its role in reform and rehabilitation. The study recommended the necessity of urging reform and rehabilitation centers to facilitate applying legal seclusion, prepare suitable places for that and ensure confidentiality for the procedures of legal seclusion.
