المستخلص: تمثل مرحلة الطفولة السعادة واللامسئولية، بينما يفتقد الأطفال العاملين هذا الشعور، بل ويفتقدوا الأمان والحلم بمستقبل مشرق، حيث أنهم بالتزامن مع خروجهم للعمل يفتقدوا كافة حقوقهم الصحية والتعليمية والترفيهية ...الخ، وحيث أن الاستثمار في الأطفال هو استثمار في المستقبل، ولذا تتجه بعض البرامج والمشروعات لاستهداف فئة الأطفال العاملين لتحسين فرص حصولهم على حقوقهم. وقد استهدف هذا البحث "قياس مستوى فعالية مشروع تحسين فرص الأطفال العاملين في التخطيط للحصول على حقوقهم التعليمية والصحبة"، وتمثل التساؤل الرئيسي للبحث في "ما مستوى فعالية مشروع تحسين فرص الأطفال العاملين في الحصول على حقوقهم"، ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث التقويمية، كما اتخذ المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة منهجا له، وخرج البحث بمجموعة من النتائج تبعا لتساؤلات البحث، والتي تتمثل فيما يلي: 1-يمثل مستوى فعالية مشروع تحسين فرص الأطفال العاملين في الحصول على حقوقهم الصحية، والتعليمية، والترفيهية، وفي تأمين بيئة العمل مستوى مرتفع. 2- تم التوافق حول صعوبات تحسين فرص الأطفال العاملين في الحصول على حقوقهم بنسبة متوسطة وقد تمثلت الصعوبات في صعوبات تخص المشروع والجانب الصحي، والتعليمي، والجانب النفس اجتماعي لدى الطفل العامل، وأسرة الطفل العامل. 3- تم التوافق حول مقترحات تحسين فرص الأطفال العاملين في الحصول على حقوقهم بنسبة كبيرة.

Childhood represents happiness and irresponsibility, while working children lack this feeling, and even lose safety and the dream of a bright future, as they, in conjunction with their going out to work, lack all their health, educational and recreational rights ... etc. Some programs and projects to target working children to improve their chances of obtaining their rights. This research aimed to “measure the level of effectiveness of the project to improve the chances of working children in planning to obtain their educational and health rights.” The main question of the research is “What is the level of effectiveness of the project to improve the chances of working children in obtaining their rights.” This research is considered an evaluation research, as well as The social sample survey took its approach, and the research came out with a set of results according to the research questions, which are as follows: 1- The level of effectiveness of the project to improve the chances of working children in obtaining their health, educational and recreational rights, and in securing a work environment is a high level. 2- There was agreement on the difficulties of improving the chances of working children to obtain their rights in an average rate. The difficulties were represented in the difficulties related to the project, the health aspect, the educational aspect, the psychosocial aspect of the working child, and the family of the working child. 3- Agreement was reached on proposals to significantly improve the chances of working children to obtain their rights.
