|a موضع البحث: يتناول البحث أثر فيروس كورونا على أداء العبادات. أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى بيان تعريف فيروس كورونا، وهل هو وباء أم طاعون؟ مع بيان أحكام الصلاة والحج حال انتشار فيروس كورونا. منهج البحث: الجمع بين المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الوصفي، والمنهج النقدي. أهم النتائج: فيروس كورونا وباء وليس بطاعون، ويجوز منع من أصيب بفيروس كورونا من حضور الجماعات والجمع وأداء الحج والعمرة؛ صيانة للنفوس وحفظها من الإصابة، كما يجوز غلق المساجد وتعليق الحج والعمرة - بعد مراجعة المختصين - ؛ تحقيقا لمقاصد الشريعة من حفظ النفوس والوقاية من الأمراض. أهم التوصيات: ضرورة إلزام الباحثين في مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه بدراسة النوازل المستجدة، وبيان أحكامها الشرعية؛ لخدمة المجتمعات الإسلامية.

|b Research topic: Corona virus and its impact on the performance of worship. Research Objectives: The research aims to clarify the definition of corona virus, is it epidemic or plague? With a statement of the provisions of prayer and pilgrimage, if the Corona virus spreads. Research methodology: combining the inductive approach, the descriptive approach, and the critical approach. The most important results: Corona virus is a pandemic, not plague, and it is permissible to prevent people who were infected with the Corona virus from attending groups, Friday prayers, and performing Hajj and Umrah; maintenance of souls and saving them from infection. Mosques may also be closed , Hajj and Umrah suspended - after consulting the specialists, in order to achieve the purposes of the Sharia from saving souls and preventing from diseases. The most important recommendations: The necessity of obligating researchers at the master's and doctoral levels to study emerging developments, and to explain their legal provisions, to serve Islamic societies.
