المستخلص: إن هذه الدراسة من خلال رواية (شغفها حبا لحلمي القاعود) تسعى إلى إبراز مكانة الجامعة ودورها الفكري والثقافي البناء من خلال المقارنة بين ماضي الجامعة وحاضرها، وتصور ما تتعرض له من ريح عاصف، أزرت بالضوابط الأكاديمية والكفاءات العلمية، وهمشت كثيرين من أهل العلم والموهوبين، وأتاحت الفرصة للبعض من غير المؤهلين علميا وخلقيا، أن يتصدروا الواجهة العلمية والثقافية. ومن ثم فهي تسعى؛ لتقديم صورة شاملة لمظاهر الفساد الذي ينخر في الكيان الجامعي، الذي تعيشه شخصيات الرواية، الذين لا يعنيهم أمر القيم والمبادئ، والتقاليد العلمية، بقدر ما تعنيهم المصالح الشخصية. وفي سبيل إجلاء هذه الصورة، ولفت انتباه الدارسين إلى هذا المعين السردي الثر فقد استعرضت الدراسة سيرة الكاتب، ومضمون الرواية وما اشتملت عليه من قضايا وأفكار، ومعالجة عناصرها السرية من شخصيات، وأحداث، وزمان ومكان، ووعاء ذلك من لغة وأسلوب. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة هو انتصار الراوي في روايته للواقع والاهتمام بمشكلات الناس وأمور حياتهم، وتحديدا أكثر الأماكن أهمية وحيوية وتأثيرا (الجامعة)، كما كشفت الدراسة عن مهارته في توظيفه للعناصر السردية، واستخدامها في إجلاء المعنى وتوضيح الصورة، في بيان ماتع ولغة راقية وجذابة.

This study through the novel her passion for love for Dr. Helmy El-Qaod aims to highlight the university image, and the importance of its intellectual and cultural role, through comparison between the past of the university and its present, and showing what the university face from bad conditions, the university is full of academic controls and scientific competences, but the university neglected many of the people of science and talented one, while it provided the opportunity for some of the non-qualified scientifically and morally, and to be at the head of scientific and cultural façade. This study aims to provide a full image for the corruption aspects that plagued at the university entity, which is experienced by the characters of the novel, who are not concerned with the values and principles of the university, and the scientific tradition, but they care only for their personal interests. In order to erase and change the image of the university, and paying attention to the scholars to the importance of this wealthy topic, the study reviewed the biography of the writer ,and the content of the novel and included the issues and ideas ,and addressing elements of the narrative of the characters, events ,and time and place, and a pot that language and style. One of the most important findings of the study is the ability of the writer in the novel to triumph for the reality and pay attention to the problems of the people and their lives ,specifically at the most important, vital and influential place which is the university, also the study revealed the writer skills in employing elements, and using them to clarify meaning and clarify the image, in exciting way and attractive language
