هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على قلق المستقبل وعلاقته بصعوبة اتخاذ القرار المهني لطلاب كلية التربية الرياضية، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لأهداف وتساؤلات البحث، تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة المنصورة، وتضمنت أدوات جمع البيانات مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني للطالب الجامعي إعداد جيلان هشام (٢٠١٦م)، ومقياس صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني إعداد الباحثان، وكانت أهم النتائج أنه يوجد ارتباط عكسي بين أبعاد مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني وأبعاد مقياس صعوبة القرار المهني للطلاب، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني للطلاب والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وفقا لمتغير للتخصصات الدراسية (التدريس- التدريب- الإدارة)؛ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مقياس صعوبة اتخاذ القرار المهني للطلاب والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وفقا لمتغير للتخصصات الدراسية (التدريس- التدريب- الإدارة)؛ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني للطلاب (التفاؤل- تلبية متطلبات سوق العمل- السمات الشخصية) والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وفقا للجنس (الإناث- الذكور) وذلك لصالح الذكور، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إبعاد مقياس صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني للطلاب في الثلاث إبعاد (البعد الأول في عدم الاستعداد لاتخاذ قرار مهني بسبب نقص الدوافع والمحفزات- وبسبب التردد العام، البعد الثاني في نقص المعلومات لدي الطالب عن الذات، البعد الثالث في المعلومات المتضاربة لدي الطالب الناتجة عن صراعات داخلية- والناتجة عن معلومات غير موثقة) والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وفقا للجنس (الإناث- الذكور) وذلك لصالح الإناث.
The research aims to identify future anxiety and its relation to the difficulty of making professional decisions for students of the Faculty of Physical Education. The researchers used the descriptive method due to its suitability with the objectives and questions of the research. The primary research sample consisted of fourth-year students at the Faculty of Physical Education, Mansoura University. The data collection tools included the Professional Future Anxiety Scale for university students prepared by Jilan Hisham (2016), and the Professional Decision Making Difficulties Scale prepared by the researchers. The results showed an inverse correlation between the dimensions of the Professional Future Anxiety Scale and the dimensions of the Professional Decision Difficulty Scale for students. There are no statistically significant differences between the Future Anxiety Scale and the dimensions of the Professional Decision Making Difficulty Scale for students according to course specializations (teaching – training – management). There are no statistically significant differences between the difficulty of making professional decisions for students and the overall score of the scale according to the variable of academic specializations (teaching - training - management). There are statistically significant differences between the dimensions of the Professional Future Anxiety Scale for students (optimism - meeting labor market requirements - personality traits) and the overall score of the scale according to gender (females - males) in favor of males. There are statistically significant differences between the dimensions of the Professional Decision Making Difficulties Scale for students in the three dimensions (the first dimension is unwillingness to make a professional decision due to lack of motivation and incentives and due to general hesitation, the second dimension is the student's lack of self-information, the third dimension is the student having conflicting information resulting from internal conflicts as well as from unverified information) and the overall score of the scale according to gender (females - males) and in favor of females.
