المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على قياس أثر الحوسبة السحابية على استدامة الشركة في ظل تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخضراء "دراسة تطبيقية على شركات الاتصالات"، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات، للتأكد من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها ثم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (100) استبيان وزعت على الإدارات ورؤساء الأقسام المعنية والتقنيين والمحاسبين ذوي الاختصاص، وتم استرداد (٩٢) استبيان وكان الصالح منها للتحليل (٨٥) استبيان، أي ما نسبته (٨٥) من الاستبيانات الموزعة على أفراد العينة. وقد تم استرجاع (٨٥) استبيان، وتم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام تحليل الانحدار البسيط، واستخراج النتائج التي كان من أهمها، يوجد أثر للحوسبة السحابية في استدامة تكنولوجيا المعلومات البيئية الخضراء من حيث (تكاليف التوريد، العمليات التشغيلية، البنية التحتية، التحكم بالبيانات وتكاليف الحوكمة) لدى شركات التي تستخدم نظام الحوسبة السحابية. وأيضا يوجد أثر للحوسبة السحابية على استدامة تكنولوجيا المعلومات البيئية الخضراء ببعدها (تكاليف البرمجيات) في شركات عينة الدراسة، كما يوجد أثر للحوسبة السحابية على استدامة الشركة للتكنولوجيا المعلومات الخضراء ببعدها (توفير العمليات التشغيلية) في شركات عينة الدراسة، كما يعطي أنموذج أو إطار نضج القدرات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات الخضراء المنظمات أداة حيوية لإدارة قدرتها على الاستدامة، وأخيرا يوفر الإطار نموذجا شاملا لتنظيم وتقييم وتخطيط وإدارة قد ارت تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستديم داخل المنظمات. مما يمكن للمنظمات تقييم مدى نضج قدراتها والعمل على تحسين قدراتها بشكل منهجي للوفاء بأهداف بالاستدامة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق الحوسبة السحابية في الشركات لما لها من دور كبير في تخفيض التكاليف المعدات والبرمجيات والموارد البشرية والاتصالات.

This study aimed to identify the measurement of the impact of cloud computing on the sustainability of the company in light of green information technology applications, an applied study on telecommunications companies". To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire to collect data, to ensure the validity and stability of the questionnaire, and then distribute it to the study sample that consisted of (100) questionnaires were distributed to the departments, heads of concerned departments, technicians and accountants with specialization, and (92) questionnaires were retrieved and the valid ones for analysis were (85) questionnaires, i.e. 85% of the questionnaires distributed to members of the sample. (85) questionnaires were retrieved, and the SPSS statistical program was used and hypotheses were tested using simple regression analysis, and the results were extracted, the most important of which were, there is an impact of cloud computing on the sustainability of green environmental information technology in terms of (supply costs, operational processes, infrastructure, data control). And governance costs (with companies that use the cloud computing system. Also, there is an impact of cloud computing on the sustainability of green environmental information technology in its dimension (software costs) in the study sample companies, and there is also an impact of cloud computing on the sustainability of the company for green information technology in Its dimension) Operational processes) in the study sample companies, as the Capacity Maturity Model for Green Information Technology gives organizations a vital tool to manage their sustainability potential. Finally, the framework provides a comprehensive model for organizing, evaluating, planning and managing sustainable IT capabilities within organizations, enabling organizations to assess the maturity of their capabilities and work to systematically improve their capabilities to meet sustainability goals. The study recommended the necessity of applying cloud computing in companies because of its great role in reducing costs of equipment, software and human resources..
