|a هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الضغط النفسي ومصادره لدى طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق وعلاقته بمستوى الصلابة النفسية لديهم، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (843) طالباً وطالبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: جاء مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى الطلبة في المستوى المتوسط (79،85) وهذا يشير إلى أن هذه النسبة منخفضة وقد بلغ معدل الصلابة النفسية لديهم (81،41)، وهي نسبة منخفضة تدل على عدم تمتع العينة بالصلابة النفسية. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلبة في مستوى الضغط النفسي والصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، أي أن مستوى الضغط النفسي والصلابة النفسية لدى الطلاب أعلى منه لدى الطالبات. وأخيراً أوصت الدراسة بعدة اقتراحات.

|b The research aimed to recognize the level of psychological pressures and its -sources amongst students at the college of education –University of Damascus and its relationship with students level of psychological stiffness amongst them the research sample has consisted of (843) male and female students which represent about (17%) of the study population, a total of the study has attained a set of findings, the most important of which are as follows: The level of psychological pressure amongst students of the college of education-was (79.85) and their average psychological stiffness was (81.41). The study has shown that there are significant statistical differences amongst-students of the college of education regarding the level of psychological pressure and psychological stiffness ascribed to the sex variable and in favor of male students. In other words, psychological pressures and psychological stiffness arehigher amongst male students compared to female students.. -The study has recommended many results.
