المستخلص: The idea of this research arose from the fact that the Faculty of Commerce, at Cairo University implemented a new system for examinations known as the Bubble Sheet Examination System. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the new examination system and to provide an analytical study of the student and professor's point of view to identify- the advantages and disadvantages of this system, in addition to make a SWOT analysis of the Bubble Sheet system to present strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and to provide possible solutions while informing the concerned authorities of the results of the research in order to develop and collect proposals from entities wishing to do so. The recommendations of this research come with a shortened form to improve the results of implementing the system. The research is based on following the deductive approach methodology, which leads to test a certain theory' through a quantitative research strategy through testing the sample opinions about the research phenomenon and examining a sample of 428 students in addition to 24 professors at the Faculty' of Commerce. Cairo University-. The results showed that there is a direct positive significant effect of using the Bubble Sheet exam system on relieving faculty- members and improving the marking process. It also showed a direct positive significant effect on reducing creativity- among students. On the other hand, the results showed that there was no direct positive significant effect on encouraging students to attend lectures. It is expected that this study will contribute to improving the educational process by developing strengths and making use of them, in addition to improve and overcome weaknesses in this system in addition to the possibility of applying the proposed model in this study.
