المستخلص: Concerning the strategic management evolution in literature, the previous research studies identified pendulums metaphor in order to demonstrate the evolution of strategic management through two constant motion pendulums. One of them represents the tension between internal factors of organization and external environment. The second one is focusing on the tension between the macro level of analysis in relation to the internal environment of the firm and the micro level of analysis, focusing on the individuals’ behavior within the organization. Regarding the present research, the pendulum is swinging towards the internal environment of the organization through focusing on micro-foundations of the organization via suggesting the relationships among the research variables at the micro- level (individuals) of analysis rather than the macro-level. Recently, the global business environment has been struck by COVID-19. the pandemic crisis, that had great psychological impact on decision makers regarding their decision making processes, that entails from the decision-makers to have creative thinking skills that enables them to make effective and critical decisions in instances of crises, such as the current global pandemic our world is facing at the moment. The researchers aimed to draw a theoretical framework and developed a new model for future studies, in order to investigate the impact of knowledge sharing enablers on naturalistic decision making empirically. In order to draw such a theoretical framework and suggested model, the researchers relied on different approaches which each of them describes one or more of the current research variables, and their relative relationships, such as: resource-based view through addressing both a knowledge-based view focusing on knowledge sharing behavior and information literacy skills, attention- based view focusing on interpersonal mentalizing skills (theory of mind) and naturalistic decision making. All these variables and relationships exist under the umbrella of strategic management.
