المستخلص: Terrorism is one of the phenomena that arise and grow under various environmental and social factors and under political, economic and cultural conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the mechanisms and factors of extremism and terrorism, because it helps us a lot in understanding the dynamics of terrorism, so that specific solutions and strategies can be devised to prevent, to face them. The objectives of the research can be summarized by answering the following questions: 1- What is terrorism and what are its types and objectives? 2- What is the social environment that generates extremism and terrorism? 3 - What is the attitude of Islam against terrorism? 4. What are the means of preventing terrorism and the proposed strategies? 5 - Analysis of spatial variation of economic and social factors that contribute to the emergence of the terrorist phenomenon The study emphasizes the importance of research by making recommendations to those concerned and decision-makers to adopt the approach of awareness and prevention of terrorism by clarifying the role of environmental factors in the growth of terrorism and the identification of environmental schools incubating terrorism and terrorism and spreading the spirit of tolerance and the principle of accepting the other opinion among the members of society. The analytical descriptive approach was used to measure and clarify the concept of terrorism and the effects of the environment on the growth and growth of the terrorist phenomenon. The description is indispensable to explain the phenomenon. The results of the research include the encirclement of deviant religious thought and the closure of its competitors through media awareness and intervention in educational curricula, building a system of immunity within the religious phenomenon itself in a way that reflects extremism and extremism, and a revision of religious theses that call for extremism and exaggeration. Extremism is a product of various environmental problems, including social, economic and cultural problems. Therefore, the drying up of the sources of terrorism requires radical solutions to these problems.

يعد الإرهاب من الظواهر التي تنشأ وتترعرع في ظل عوامل بيئية واجتماعية متعددة وتحت ظروف سياسية واقتصادية وثقافية، لذا لابد من فهم آليات وعوامل التطرف والإرهاب، لأنها تساعدنا كثيراً على فهم القوى المحركة للإرهاب، ليتسنى وضع حلول واستراتيجيات معينة بهدف الوقاية والمعالجة وصياغة الخطط والبرامج المتطورة والقادرة على مواجهتها. ويمكن تلخيص أهداف البحث من خلال الإجابة على الأسئلة الآتي:- 1 – ما هو الإرهاب وما هي أنواعه وأهدافه. 2 – ما هي البيئة الاجتماعية المولدة للتطرف والإرهاب. 3 – ما هو موقف الإسلام من الإرهاب. 4 – ما هي سبل الوقاية من الإرهاب والاستراتيجيات المقترحة. 5 – تحليل التباين المكاني للعوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تساهم في بروز الظاهرة الإرهابية؟ وتبرز أهمية البحث بتقديم توصيات للمهتمين وأصحاب القرار اعتماد منهج التوعية والوقاية من الإرهاب بتوضيح دور العوامل البيئية في نمو نوازع الإرهاب وتشخيص المدارس البيئية الحاضنة للإهاب وإشاعة روح التسامح ومبدأ تقبل الرأي الآخر بين أبناء المجتمع ونبذ الفكر الطائفي المتطرف، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لقياس وتوضيح مفهوم الإرهاب وتأثيرات البيئة على نمو الظاهرة الإرهابية وتناميها، فالوصف لا غنى عنه لبيان الظاهرة. ولم يكتف الباحثان بوصف الظاهرة بل تحليل بعدها التاريخي. ومن نتائج البحث محاصرة الفكر الديني المنحرف وإغلاق منافذه من خلال الوعي الإعلامي والتدخل في المناهج التعليمية، وبناء نظام مناعة داخل الظاهرة الدينية نفسها بشكل يعاكس التشدد والتطرف، وإجراء مراجعة للأطروحات الدينية التي تدعوا إلى التطرف والغلو، وإجراء تشذيب للمنظومة الدينية التي تدعو لتكفير الآخر وربما يكون التطرف نتاج لمشكلات بيئية متعددة منها مشاكل اجتماعية واقتصادية وثقافية، لذا فإن تجفيف منابع الإرهاب يتطلب إيجاد حلول جذرية لتلك المشكلات.
