المستخلص: The research is concerned with studying an important part of the recreational services system, namely green areas (parks and gardens) that are mainly intended to serve the population, studying the spatial distribution of these services and knowing the appropriateness of this distribution in meeting the needs of the population from parks and gardens, and there is a variation in the number of recreational services (parks And parks) among the neighborhoods of the city of Hilla, as their number throughout the city for the year 2020 reached (44) recreational services of (17) public parks and (27) parks, the study was based on the process of determining the geographical distribution of parks and parks on the field study through continuous visits to the departments And the relevant government institutions, and it was found through the study that there is an imbalance in the spatial distribution of gardens and parks in the city of Hilla and they are not ideally distributed throughout the city, as it was found that there are many neighborhoods suffering and lacking the presence of green areas of parks and parks needed by the population, especially the neighborhoods located in The outskirts of the city as well as some neighborhoods that lack them in the first place, so the research required a study and treatment of this imbalance and an estimate of the city's need for these services C, leading to the development of some appropriate proposals for this system.

اختص البحث بدراسة جزء مهم من منظومة الخدمات الترفيهية إلا وهي المناطق الخضراء (الحدائق والمتنزهات) الموجهة بشكل أساسي لخدمة السكان، ودراسة التوزيع المكاني لهذه الخدمات ومعرفة مدى ملائمة هذا التوزيع في تلبية احتياجات السكان من الحدائق والمتنزهات، ويوجد هناك تباين في أعداد الخدمات الترفيهية (الحدائق والمتنزهات) بين الأحياء التابعة لمدينة الحلة إذ بلغ عددها في عموم المدينة لسنة 2020 (44) خدمة ترفيهية بواقع (17) حديقة عامة و (27) متنزه، استندت الدراسة في عملية تحديد التوزيع الجغرافي للحدائق والمتنزهات على الدراسة الميدانية من خلال الزيارات المستمرة إلى الدوائر والمؤسسات الحكومية صاحبة الشأن، وتبين من خلال الدراسة وجود خلل في عملية التوزيع المكاني للحدائق والمتنزهات في مدينة الحلة ولم تتوزع بصورة مثالية بأرجاء المدينة، حيث تبين أن هناك العديد من الأحياء تعاني وتفتقر لوجود المناطق الخضراء من الحدائق والمتنزهات التي يحتاجها السكان وخاصة الأحياء التي تقع في أطراف المدينة فضلا عن بعض الأحياء التي تفتقر إليها بالأساس، لذا تطلب البحث دراسة ومعالجة هذا الخلل وتقدير حاجة المدينة من هذه الخدمات، وصولا إلى وضع بعض المقترحات المناسبة لهذه المنظومة.
