|a هدف البحث إلى تعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي ومدرسي التربية الخاصة لتوظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية الخاصة في تأهيل وتعليم المعوقين سمعيا في مدينة دمشق، وتعرف آرائهم نحوها، والصعوبات التي تعيق توظيفها، ومقترحات تفعيل توظيفها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة تكونت من (43) بندا، موزعة على أربعة مجالات، وبعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، جرى تطبيق أداة البحث على كافة أفراد مجتمع البحث المكون من (62) مدرس ومعلم إشارة، وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة أظهر البحث النتائج الآتية: - أن درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لتوظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في تأهيل وتعليم معلمي ذوي الإعاقة السمعية كانت بشكل عام مرتفعة؟ إذ بلغت الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة (2.42). - وجود آراء إيجابية نحو توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في التعليم من قبل المعلمين والمدرسين. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الاحتياجات التدريبية لتوظيف المعلمين والمدرسين للمستحدثات التكنولوجية، تعزى لمتغيرات المسمى الوظيفي، والمؤهل العلمي. - كانت أهم معوقات توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في التعليم من وجهة نظر العينة: عدم توافر دورات تدريبية على توظيفها في أثناء الخدمة، وعدم تهيئة القاعات الدراسية فنيا لاستخدامها. - كانت أهم مقترحات العينة لتفعيل توظيف المستحدثات: إعداد دليل إرشادي للمعلمين والمدرسين في التخصصات المختلفة لتوظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية، وضرورة تفعيل دور غرف المصادر.

|b The research aims to identify the training needs of the teachers of special education in order to utilize the special technological innovations in the rehabilitation and education of people with hearing disabilities in Damascus city; it also aims to identify the teachers' views, the difficulties that hinder their utilization of the technological innovations, and their proposals to activate their utilization. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisted of (43) items, divided into five fields. After confirming their sincerity and persistence, the research tool was applied on the research sample consisting of (62) teachers and Sign Language teachers; they make up the original community of the study. After conducting the statistical treatments necessary, the research showed the following results: - The degree of the training needs related to the utilization of technological innovations in the rehabilitation and education of people with hearing disabilities was generally high; the total degree is (2.42). - The lack of statistically significant differences in the average of training needs related to the utilization of technological innovations by teachers due to job title and academic qualification variables. - The presence of positive attitudes towards implementing technological innovations by the members of the teaching and educational staff.
