انطلاقا من تزايد نسبة انتشار مرض سرطان الثدي بدرجة ملحوظة في الآونة الأخيرة هدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الأساليب المتبعة في إدارة تلك الأزمة لدى عينة من مريضات سرطان الثدي وأمنهن الأسري، حيث تم استيفاء البيانات من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث والمتمثلة في (استمارة البيانات الأولية - مقياس أساليب إدارة الأزمة - مقياس الأمن الأسري) على عينة عمدية غرضية قوامها (83) مريضة من مريضات سرطان الثدي المترددات على مركز الأورام بجامعة المنصورة، وينتمين إلى مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، وبإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة لاستخلاص النتائج أسفر البحث عن مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها تقدم أسلوب الإسناد والدعم الأسري على باقي أساليب إدارة الأزمة بنسبة 75.6%، بينما حصل بعد التآلفية والتواصل بين الزوجين على الترتيب الأول بنسبة 73.0% بين باقي أبعاد الأمن الأسري، وقد وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الأساليب المتبعة في إدارة الأزمة والأمن الأسري بأبعاده، وكذلك وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الأمن الأسري بأبعاده (تكامل نسيج الأدوار بين الزوجين - التآلفية والتواصل بين الزوجين - ككل) وكل من (عمر الزوجة المصابة - المستوى التعليمي للزوجي- الدخل الشهري للأسرة)، إضافة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في (الإسناد والدعم الأسري)، (سلامة النسق القيمي في تربية الأبناء) تبعا لمكان السكن لصالح المقيمين بالريف ولم توجد فروق في باقي الأبعاد (احتواء الأزمة - التقبل والتسليم - ككل)، (تكامل نسيج الأدوار بين الزوجين - التآلفية والتواصل - ككل) تبعا لمكان السكن، كذلك لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في أساليب إدارة الأزمة (احتواء الأزمة - التقبل والتسليم - ككل) والأمن الأسري بأبعاده تبعا لعمل الزوجة المصابة، بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في (التقبل والتسليم) تبعا لمدة العلاج منذ اكتشاف المرض لصالح المدة الأطول، كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في (التآلفية والتواصل بين الزوجين) تبعا لمدة الحياة الزوجية لصالح المدة الأطول، هذا وقد أوضحت النتائج أيضا وجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في أساليب إدارة الأزمة (احتواء الأزمة - الإسناد والدعم الأسري - ككل) تبعا للمستوى التعليمي للزوجين لصالح المستوى الأعلى، كما وجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في أساليب إدارة الأزمة (احتواء الأزمة - ككل) تبعا للدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح الدخل الأكبر. وفي ضوء النتائج اقترحت الباحثة برنامجا إرشاديا لدعم مريضات سرطان الثدي وتنمية التفكير الإيجابي لديهن كمدخل لتحسين نوعية الحياة لديهن، وقدمت عددا من التوصيات التي من شأنها دعم ومساعدة المريضة وأسرتها في مواجهة الأزمة وتخطيها.
Based on the recent increase in the prevalence of breast cancer, The current research aimed mainly to reveal the nature of the relationship between crisis management methods in a sample of breast cancer patients and their family security, The data were collected through the application of the research tools represented in (general data form - Crisis Management Methods Scale - Family Security Scale) On a predetermined sample of (83) breast cancer patients on the Oncology Center at Mansoura University, from different socio-economic levels, And to conduct appropriate statistical analyzes to derive results the search resulted in a set of results, the most important of which was; Progress family support method for the rest of the crisis management methods in the rate of 75.6%, While Synergy and communication between couple getting the first rankking among the other dimensions of family security, And so statistically significant correlative relationship was found between family security and its dimensions (Integration of roles between couple - Synergy and communication between couple - total score) and each of the (age of the infected wife - the educational level of the couple - the monthly income of the family), In addition to the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample in (family support), (Integrity of the value structure in parenting) according to the place of residence in favor of rural residents, There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample in crisis management methods (Crisis containment - acceptance - total score) and family security in its dimensions according to the work of the infected wife, While there were found a statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample (acceptance) according to the duration of the treatment since the discovery of the disease in favor of the longest period, And so there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample in the (Synergy and communication between couple) depending on the duration of married life in favor of the longer period, The results hawe been shown too a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research sample in crisis management methods (crisis containment, family support, total score) according to the level of education of the couple in favor of the highest level, There was also a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research sample in the crisis management methods (containment of the crisis - total score) according to the monthly income of the family in favor of the larger income. In light of the results, the researcher suggested a orientation program to support breast cancer patients and develop positive thinking as an input to improve their quality of life, She also made a number of recommendations that would support and assist the patient and her family in facing and overcoming the crisis.
