المستخلص: The globalization of the most important domination mechanisms designed to promote opening-up policy in the world, if we look at the reality in which they live and we found that there are internal factors within the countries has led to the American hegemony on them, and also there are external factors that led to that hegemony, and special mention here cultural hegemony that those interested in the study. In order to provide an understanding of the problem Find researcher believes should be brought to the study by asking the president of the following: What is the position of the intellectual hegemony of the American cultural model in social life, whether that negative or positive influence and roles exercised by in the face of that culture expatriate? The study aims to identify the roles that need to be educated on the Iraqi taken to counter American hegemony and position them. And deliberately intentional researcher to choose where the sample was chosen by the researcher on the sample of intellectuals (activists), as it was focused on cases which are classified among the intellectual elite, specifically of the population of the city of Diwaniya it has been determined a sample size (300 people). To achieve the objectives of the research study was limited to the survey tool (questionnaire), in the collection of facts and data. The study found that the group conclusions, including the American hegemony on the Arab countries, the risk of multiple aspects of a variety of forms, as covet riches Arab American policy, especially oil, and the employment of Arab strategic site home base for global objectives. The most important form of American hegemony over Iraq are military dominance, or military intervention, as a result of the invasion of Iraq from the US side has led to the exploitation of its wealth, make the Arab world advanced a base in their attempts to direct the dominance of military, economic and political. Among the most important recommendations on the proposed Iraqi intellectuals working to unify their intellectual, cultural, and through trade unions and professions to which they belong, and to agree on specific points clearly show the field of cultural and political activity. And cooperation with the economic powers in the world to achieve collective economic interests for the establishment of a regional bloc in the interests of the Arab political, economic, cultural and other and makes them a unified force capable of communication with other world powers from the strong Muqtadir site.

إن العولمة من أهم آليات الهيمنة وتهدف إلى إشاعة سياسة الانفتاح في العالم، فإذا نظرنا إلى الواقع الذي تعيش فيه وجدنا أن هناك عوامل داخلية من داخل الدول قد أدت إلى الهيمنة الأمريكية عليها، وأيضا هناك عوامل خارجية أدت إلى تلك الهيمنة، وأخص بالذكر هنا الهيمنة الثقافية التي تهتم بها تلك الدراسة. ولتوفير فهم لمشكلة البحث يرى الباحث ضرورة توجيه الدراسة بالتساؤل الرئيس المتمثل بالآتي: ما هو موقف المثقف من هيمنة النموذج الثقافي الأمريكي في الحياة الاجتماعية سواء أكان هذا التأثير سلبيًا أم إيجابيًا وأدوار التي مارسها في مواجهة تلك الثقافة الوافدة؟ وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأدوار التي يتعين على المثقف العراقي اتخاذها لمواجهة الهيمنة الأمريكية وموقفه منها. وعمد الباحث إلى اختيار العينة العمدية حيث وقع اختيار الباحثة على مفردات العينة من المثقفين (النشطاء)، إذ كان يركز على الحالات التي تصنف من بين النخبة المثقفة، تحديدًا من سكان مدينة الديوانية وقد تم تحديد حجم عينة قوامها (300 شخص)، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اقتصرت الدراسة على أداة المسح (الاستبيان)، في جمع الحقائق والبيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة الاستنتاجات منها إن مخاطر الهيمنة الأمريكية على البلدان العربية متنوعة الأشكال متعددة الجوانب، إذ تطمع السياسة الأمريكية بالثروات العربية وخاصة النفط، وبتوظيف موقع الوطن العربي الاستراتيجي قاعدة لأهدافها الكونية. وإن أهم شكل من أشكال الهيمنة الأمريكية على العراق هي الهيمنة العسكرية، أو التدخل العسكري، نتيجة غزو العراق من الجانب الأمريكي وقد أدى إلى استغلال خيراته، وجعل الوطن العربي قاعدة متقدمة لها في محاولة للهيمنة المباشرة العسكرية والاقتصادية والسياسية. ومن أهم التوصيات المقترحة على المثقفين العراقيين العمل على توحيد جهودهم الفكرية، والثقافية من خلال النقابات والمهن التي ينتمون إليها، والاتفاق على نقاط محددة تبين بوضوح مجال نشاطهم الثقافي والسياسي. والتعاون مع القوي الاقتصادية في العالم لتحقيق المصالح الاقتصادية الجماعية عن إقامة تكتل إقليمي يحقق مصالح العرب السياسية، والاقتصادية، والثقافية وغيرها ويجعل منهم قوة موحدة قادرة على التخاطب مع قوى العالم الأخرى من موقع القوى المقتدر.
