المستخلص: The art of design is a reflection of cultural data at the level of many sciences and arts, mainly art and beauty. It is part of many variables that contribute to building the designer's knowledge, the formation of his mind and the development of his ideas, and the search for artistic, aesthetic and functional solutions based on the propositions of many philosophers and theorists in art, society and psychology, which formulated information and concepts about the features of the art of design within changing data. This was reflected in the results and in the emergence of different trends that contributed to accepting more transformations, and finding practical and creative solutions and approaches with the aim of revealing the modernist variable that enriches the design with its creative vision and finding a balanced relationship between its feelings, idea and technology and the functional design needs. Therefore, the importance of the research was built on the study of the importance of modernity and its features and the extent of its impact on the capabilities of creativity and innovation. Design is one of the finest fruits of civilization and the product of the creative human mind to reveal its capabilities and creativity, which make its thinking and action consistent and parallel between those endless desires and needs. These increasing daily needs of man have created aesthetic, artistic, technical and functional problems. The design scientist rely in his establishment on thought and its new developments, and the features in all their details have an active presence due to their ability to influence design through the crystallization of ideas towards a specific direction, derived from the intellectual and cognitive heritage and its accumulations that play their role to ignite the mind of the designer and the way he plans the designs. Therefore, the study was characterized by design features that affected all formal design organizations, and the freedom, creativity, organizational variations and formal relations possessed by the designer to represent these traits as a common phenomenon without departing from the boundaries of these relationships or losing their meaning, and to the extent that the law of modernity helps to the renovation. It seeks to create new traditions, values and horizons between the designer and the recipient, prompting the designer to lead these variables and lead them in the correct aesthetic direction. فن التصميم هو انعكاس للمعطيات الحضارية على مستوى العديد من العلوم والفنون وعلى رأسها الفن والجمال ويقع ضمن متغيرات عديدة تسهم في البناء المعرفي للمصمم وتكوين عقله وتطوير أفكاره والبحث عن حلول فنية وجمالية ووظيفية تعتمد على طروحات العديد من الفلاسفة والمنظرين في الفن والمجتمع وعلم النفس والتي صاغت المعلومات والمفاهيم حول سمات فن التصميم ضمن معطيات متغيرة، مما انعكس ذلك على النتائج وإلى ظهور اتجاهات مختلفة أسهمت في تقبل المزيد من التحولات وأي إيجاد حلول ومناهج عملية وإبداعية بهدف الكشف على المتغير الحداثي الذي يغني التصميم برؤيته الإبداعية والتوصل إلى إيجاد علاقة متوازنة بين أحاسيسه وفكرته وتقنيته وبين احتياجات التصميم الوظيفية لذلك بنيت أهمية البحث على دراسة أهمية الحداثة وسماتها ومدى تأثيرها على القدرات الإبداعية والابتكارية، فالتصميم من أرقى ثمار الحضارة ونتاج العقل البشري الخلاق للكشف عن قدراته وإبداعاته، والتي تجعل من تفكيره وفعله متسقين ومتوازيين بين تلك الرغبات والحاجات التي لا تنتهي، فقد خلقت تلك الحاجات اليومية المتزايدة للإنسان مشاكل جمالية وفنية وتقنية ووظيفية فالعالم التصميمي يستند في تأسيسه إلى الفكر ومستجداته، وأن للسمات بكل تفاصيلها حضورا فاعلا لما تحمله من قدرة على التأثير في التصميم من خلال تبلور الأفكار نحو توجه معين، مستمدة من الموروث الفكري والمعرفي وبما يحمله من تراكمات تؤدي دورها لإيقاد ذهن المصمم وطريقة تنظيمه للأشكال، لذك فالدراسة اختصت بسمات تصميمية أثرت في عموم التنظيمات الشكلية للتصميم، وبما يمتلكه المصمم من حرية وإبداع وتنويعات تنظيمية وعلاقات شكلية لتمثيل هذه السمات كظاهرة مشتركة دون الخروج عن حدود هذه العلاقات أو فقدان معناها، وبقدر ما يساعد قانون الحداثة على التجديد، فإنه يسعى إلى خلق تقاليد وقيم وأفاق جديدة بين المصمم والمتلقي، تدفع المصمم إلى قيادة هذه المتغيرات وتوجيهها الوجهة الجمالية الصحيحة.
