المستخلص: Ibin Khaldun was the first scientist, at the Arab or foreign level, in the fourteenth century AD, who took from society a subject of independent science. For these reasons, it was important to choose the subject, to highlight the most important social ideas that Ibin Khaldun had come to, and to answer implicitly an important question: Is this science, "the science of human architecture and human society", an extension of modern sociology? Is he a social scientist because society has taken the subject of his talks? Research section to the introduction and five axes and conclusion, came the most important conclusions of the research. The first axis dealt with a brief definition of the concepts of social thought and sociology. While the second axis discussed what "the science of human architecture" called by Ibin Khaldun for its establishment and its most important goals and sections. The third topic dealt with Ibin Khaldun's view of society and the reasons for the humanitarian meeting and the divisions that he set for society. The fourth axis discussed Ibin Khaldun's methodology and the scientific foundations on which this methodology was based. The last axis dealt with the three phases law, which Ibin Khaldun believed was the basis of human societies. Ibin Khaldun, on the basis of the importance of the understanding of human civilization, reached an integrated scientific interpretation of the events and verifications of their validity to the need for a special science to deal with the emergence and development of the groups and their development in an attempt to trace them and analyze them in order to achieve their governing and changing laws. Ibin Khaldun believes that society is always in a state of conflict between the urban society and the Bedouin society that surrounds it. It places the advantages it has placed on the Bedouin community, from courage, nervousness, coarse life, and away from pleasures and luxuries. This is the secret of the superiority of this society and its predominance always prevails over urban society. And that once these characteristics begin to weaken and urbanization, this society begins to weaken to be replaced by a society still adhering to these characteristics, and so on.
