المستخلص: In the face of accelerating technological change, technological information has become vital for enterprises. Strategic vigilance is a structured approach in the strategic management of the organization. It specializes in the optimal management of information that helps decision-makers to develop the institution, ensure its activity, and improve its competitiveness. This is done through deliberate steps of action, starting from collecting information (from the organization's surroundings), analyzing it, then publishing and using it in order to exploit opportunities and avoid potential risks, all of this in a proactive and anticipatory nature to keep pace with external variables. In this regard, through this paper, we try to prove the above (vigilant-creative-competitive performance) by applying it to the Sidal Pharmaceutical Complex. في مواجهة تسارع التغير التكنولوجي أصبحت المعلومات التكنولوجية أمرا حيويا للمؤسسات، وتعتبر اليقظة الاستراتيجية أسلوب منظم في الإدارة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة، فهي تختص بالتسيير الأمثل للمعلومات التي تساعد صناع القرار على تطوير المؤسسة وضمان نشاطها وتحسين تنافسيتها وهذا من خلال خطوات عمل مدروسة بداية من جمع المعلومات (من محيط المؤسسة) ومعالجتها تحليلها ثم نشرها واستخدامها من أجل استغلال الفرص المتاحة وتجنب المخاطر المحتملة وكل هذا في طابع استباقي توقعي لمسايرة المتغيرات الخارجية. في هذا الصدد ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول إثبات ما سبق (يقظة-إبداع-آداء تنافسي) بالتطبيق على مجمع صيدال للصناعة الدوائية.

Face à l'évolution technologique accélérée, l'information technologique est devenue vitale pour les entreprises La vigilance stratégique est une méthode organisée dans la gestion stratégique de l'organisation qui vise à gérer de façon optimale les informations pour aider les décideurs à développer l'organisation et assurer sa compétitivité. Et analyser, puis publier et les utiliser afin d'exploiter les opportunités et d'éviter les risques potentiels et tout cela dans la nature d'anticipation proactive pour suivre le rythme des variables externes. À cet égard, et à travers cet article, nous essayons de prouver ce qui précède (vigilancecréativité- performance concurrentielle) appliquée au complexe de Groupe Saidal Pour l'industrie pharmaceutique.
