المستخلص: The political factor is a strong factor behind foreign migration. This method succeeded in dispersing the ethnic groups in different places away from their homeland. This led to the destruction of the national entities that characterized these areas. The displacement and dispossession by the Assyrian rulers resulted in the mixing of ethnic elements and nations representing different parts of the empire. Also The consequence of political deportation is the supply of cities with human resources, and Was an important means used by Iraqi monarchs as a means of expanding the military establishment.
