المستخلص: The threshold of any term in any field of knowledge represents the question of its juridical classification, as there is no art or science, other than terms that represent for it the keys and the epistemic entrance, but how its subjects and rules can be filled with the same subject and research, it is obvious, that the topics be Scientific literature and aesthetic arts with a goal and an end based on a lexical system of cognitive terminological and procedural concepts imply in its multiplying formative effects on the formation and rooting of rules of agreement, decades of humility and collective coordination. The rhetorical term, without controversy, does not differ from the terms of other arts and sciences, and has a special significance in concept, formation and employment. Because it is analogous to the dialectic of the text itself and the previous tools and mechanisms that form an aesthetic painting with three dimensions in: meanings, the statement, and the rhetoric etc…Sheikh Al-Kaf`ami d. 905 AH, tries in his book “The Safawat Al-Sifat in the explanation of the Dua`a Al-Simat to search on employing from the rhetorical arts its research terminology in the clarification and interpretation, and to rely on it, to highlight the areas of beauty and artistic excellence whose foundations are based on the creative text, whether this was in the propagandistic text or in other texts: the Qur’anic, hadith, and literature, and most of them were the arts of rhetoric, and some methods, being aware of it, and on the presumption that the rhetorical levels and what it includes from the bases of improvement and the aspects of decoration in speech, structure and meaning, meet the author`s need, after the logic of formation and the rules of synthesis.

إن عتبة مصطلح ما في أي مجال معرفي، تمثل سؤال تصنيفه القضوي، إذ ليس ثمة فن أو علم، من غير مصطلحات تمثل له مفاتيح ولوجه الابستيمي، بل كيف يمكن أن تعتمل مسائله وقواعده بسواه موضوعا وبحثا، إنه لأمر بدهي إذن، أن تكون الموضوعات آدابا علمية وفنونا جمالية في هدف وغاية قائمة على نظام معجمي معرفي من المفاهيم المصطلحية والإجرائية، تضمر في تضاعيفها آثارها التكوينية في التشكيل والتأصيل في سنن من الاتفاق، وعقود من التواضع والتنسيق الجمعي. والمصطلح البلاغي، بلا جدل، لا يختلف عن مصطلحات سائر الفنون والعلوم، له شأن خاص في المفهوم والتكوين والتوظيف؛ لأنه يماثل جدلية النص نفسه وما فيه من أدوات وآليات قبلية تشكل فيه لوحة جمالية ذات أبعاد ثلاثية في: المعاني، والبيان، والبديع ... ولقد سعى الشيخ الكفعمي "ɷ" "ت 905ه" في كتابه "صفوة الصفات في شرح دعاء السمات" أن يوظف من الفنون البلاغية مصطلحاتها البحثية في التوضيح والتفسير، ويستند إليها، إجراء في بيان مواطن الجمال والامتياز الفني التي قوم أسسها النص الإبداعي، سواء أكان ذلك في النص الدعائي أم في نصوص أخرى: قرآنية وحديثة وأدبية، وقد كان من أكثرها فنون البديع، وبعض الأساليب، إدراكا منه، وعلى افتراض مسبق، أن المستويات البديعية وما فيها من منازل التحسين ووجوه التزيين في الكلام لفظا ومعنى، هي من تلبي حاجة الأديب، بعد منطق التكوين وقواعد التركيب.
