المستخلص: إن الأخلاقيات شكل من أشكال الوعي الإنساني، وتعتبر أخلاقيات المهنة الإعلامية مجموعة من القواعد والمبادئ والواجبات المسيرة لمهنة الإعلام، التي من الضروري أن يلتزم بها الإعلامي أثناء أدائه لمهامه، كما أنها مجموعة من المبادئ والقيم الأخلاقية التي من الضروري أن يلتزم بها الصحفي عبر فرضه على نفسه رقابة ذاتية. ومن جانب آخر، إن سياسة تحرير الأخبار تتكون نتيجة لتضامن عدد من العناصر، فبعضها يتعلق بالأخلاق والقيم الإخبارية وبعضها يتعلق بسياسات الاتصال والتشريعات الإعلامية وقوانين البلد، وبعضها يتعلق بالجهات الممولة واقتصاديات صناعة الإعلام، وبعضها يتعلق بالأيدولوجيات، وقطعا يتأثر مجموع هذه العناصر بمنظومة القيم الأخلاقية السائدة. إن أهمية هذا البحث تنبعث من حوار الحضارات، والذي تضمن صراع القيم التي تتصادم أحيانا وتتفاعل أحيانا أخرى، ومن هذا المنطلق انبعثت أهمية أثر القيم الأخلاقية على سياسة تحرير الأخبار. يحتوي البحث على فصلين أساسيين، يقدم الفصل الأول منظومة القيم الأخلاقية والقيم الإخبارية، حيث تطرق الفصل إلى دراسة القيم في اللغة العربية، وأخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة، وكذلك المعايير التحريرية والضوابط.

Ethics is a form of human awareness, and the ethics of the media profession is a set of rules, principles and duties that guide the media profession, which it is necessary for a journalist to adhere to while performing his duties, as well as a set of ethical principles and values that the journalist must adhere to by imposing him on Self-censorship. On the other hand, news editorial policy is formed as a result of the solidarity of a number of elements, some of which relate to ethics and news values, some of them relate to communication policies, media legislation and country laws, and some of them relate to funding agencies and the economics of the media industry, and some of them are related to ideologies, and definitely all of these elements are affected by the system of moral values Prevailing. The importance of this research stems from the dialogue of civilizations, which includes the struggle of values that clash at times and interact at other times, and from this standpoint, there is the importance of the impact of moral values on the politics of news editing. The research contains two main chapters, the first chapter introduces the system of moral values and news values, where the chapter dealt with the study of values in the Arabic language, the ethics of the profession of journalism, as well as editorial standards and professional controls, while the second chapter introduces the editorial policy, which includes the study of the news editing system, the budget and financial policies. The research ended on recommendations that the researcher saw, in which she shed light on Islamic values, and the importance of highlighting history and heritage and introducing people to each other.
