المستخلص: We intend to describe the results of the arm}/ intervention in Algeria between 1992 and 2003, at the political, economic and social level the three related in the eyes of the philosophical analyst. The subject concentrates on the endogenous factors in the Algerian society, on one hand, and on the exogenous ones, on the other, in a attempt to understand the role of the army machinery in the high spheres of power of the State.

Nous voulons dans cet article brosser les retombées de l'intervention de l'armée en Algérie entre 1992 et 2003, sur le plan politique, économique et social les trois étant bien liés aux}/eux du Philosophe et analyste aiguisés. Le sujet portera sur les facteurs endogènes au sein de la société algérienne, d'une part, et ceux exogènes sur la scène internationale, de l'autre, dans une tentative de comprendre ou à tout le moins de décrire cet état global d'inertie dans lequel s'active la machine militaire dans les plus hautes sphères de l'Etat.
