المستخلص: We will deal with the study of international investment contracts because of their importance for the host country for investment that aims to achieve economic development for it. In the first chapter, we dealt with the principles of international investment contracts. The second chapter of the research dealt with the study of the regulatory framework for international investment contracts. The chapter was divided into two topics. The first topic addressed the study of the constitutional framework for international investment contracts. The second topic deals with studying the legislative framework for international investment contracts. The third chapter deals with the study of judicial oversight of international investment contracts, then at the end of the research we dealt with the concluding results of the research recommendations, and references.
