المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة معرفة درجة تطبيق أبعاد القيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ في المدارس الابتدائية، والمتوسطة، والثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة الطائف، والفروق الخاصة بمتغيرات القيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ طبقا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية، وتحديد درجة الارتباط بين متغيرات القيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ، ومتغيرات التميز المؤسسي تجاه المجتمع، وتحديد درجة تأثير متغيرات القيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ، في متغيرات التميز المؤسسي تجاه المجتمع. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وتم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع البيانات. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة حجمها (384) من المعلمين والمعلمات. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول توافر أيعاد القيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ بين المدارس الابتدائية، والمتوسطة، والثانوية الحكومية طبقا للعمر، والمستوى الوظيفي، باستثناء بعدي المستوي الشخصي، والالتزام بالعمل كمؤسسه مسئولة بالمجتمع بحسب المؤهل والخبرة. كما أظهرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباط متوسط، وضعيفة بين أيعاد القيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ من جانب وأبعاد التميز المؤسسي تجاه المجتمع من جانب آخر بالمدارس الابتدائية، والمتوسطة، والثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة الطائف، ويوجد تأثير معنوي لأبعاد القيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ في أبعاد التميز المؤسسي تجاه المجتمع.

The study aimed to find out the degree of application of Principles-Centered Leadership dimensions in primary, middle, and secondary government schools in Taif Governorate, the differences in Principles-Centered Leadership variables according to demographic variables, and determine the degree of correlation between principles-Centered leadership variables, and institutional excellence variables towards society, and determine the degree The effect of Principles-Centered Leadership variables on the variables of institutional distinction towards society. The study depended on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire was used to collect data. The study was applied on a sample of (384) male and female teachers. The results of the study resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences about the availability of the dimensions of Principles-Centered Leadership between primary, middle, and secondary government schools according to age and career level, with the exception of the two dimensions of the personal level, and the commitment to work as a responsible institution in the community according to qualification and experience. The results also showed that there is a medium and weak correlation between the dimensions of Principles-Centered Leadership on the one hand and the dimensions of institutional excellence towards society on the other hand in primary, middle and secondary government schools in Taif governorate, and there is a significant impact of the dimensions of Principles-Centered Leadership in the dimensions of institutional excellence towards society.
