المستخلص: "مع كثرة المشكلات السياسية والاقتصادية، وبالتزامن مع انتشار الثقافة الإلكترونية المتطورة، وسهولة استخدام تطبيقات أجهزة الحاسب الآلي والمحمول، التي أصبحت في متناول المثقف وغير المثقف على حد سواء، ومن منطلق حرية التعبير، نتج عن ذلك عصرا وجيلا أهم ما يتصف به هو عصر اللاقيمة، حيث لجأ كثير من الشباب من مدمني الشهرة واللعب بالتكنولوجيا-عن عمد وبكل جرأة-إلى استغلال تلك الأعمال الفنية بهدف الاستفادة منها والاقتناص من شهرتها، بل وبالتطاول على تلك الهامات عن طريق التلاعب فيها، مما يفقدها قيمتها ظنا منهم أنهم أيضا فنانين وأن ما يقدموه لم يكن بعيداً عن الفن التشكيلي، وهذا ما اعتبره الباحث أحد أشكال التنمر على أعمال الفن التشكيلي. ويناقش هذا البحث ظاهرة التنمر (الإلكتروني) التي طالت واقتحمت مؤخرا مجال الفن التشكيلي، والتي تعد شكلا من أشكال العدوان غير المتوازن على قيم الجمال، والذي أصبح يحدث بصورة متكررة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، فقد لاحظ الباحث-في الآونة الأخيرة-وجود جمهور لصور مشوهة لأعمال فنية عالمية، فتوجب عليه فض التشابك في فهم المتشابهات من أساليب التعبير الفني، من إعادة صياغة ومحاكاة ساخرة وتهكم، وصلت إلي حد التنمر علي أعمال الفن وقيم الجمال، كي تتضح الرؤية ويستطيع متلقي الفن التعرف على ما هو ذو قيمة جمالية وفكرية ومفاهيمية، أي ما هو فن، وما هو سلعة أو ما دون ذلك، سعيا منه إلى فتح آفاق معرفية جديدة تسهم في الحفاظ على ذائقة المتلقي الجمالية، بهدف إلقاء الضوء على مشكلة مهمة تتنامي وتنتشر في المجتمع، وكذا تنمية الوعي الجمالي من خلال التثقيف بالفن، ليصبح مجتمع خال من التنمر."

Believing that they are also artists and that what they present was not far from art. This is what the researcher considered as one of the forms of bullying against works of plastic art. This research discusses the phenomenon of (electronic) bullying, which has affected and recently entered the field of plastic art, which is a form of unbalanced aggression on the values of beauty, which has become a frequent occurrence on social networking sites. The researcher noticed - in recent times - the existence of an audience for distorted images of international artworks, so he had to break the entanglement in understanding the similarities from the methods of artistic expression; From paraphrasing and parody to bullying works of art and the values of beauty, so that the vision becomes clear and the art recipient can recognize what is of an aesthetic, intellectual and conceptual value; That is, what is art, and what is a commodity or something below it; The researcher seeks to open new horizons of knowledge that contribute to preserving the recipient's aesthetic taste, with the aim of shedding light on an important problem growing and spreading in society, as well as developing aesthetic awareness through art education, to become a society free of bullying."
