المستخلص: أخذ فن النسيج في التطور مصاحبا للتطور الإنساني عاكسا فكر وثقافة المجتمع، إلي أن أصبح يعكس الجوانب التعبيرية والجمالية لينضم لمصاف الفنون التشكيلية التي تمد الفنان بالعديد من الإمكانيات والحلول التشكيلية نظرا لتنوع متغيراته مثل الخامات والاساليب التنفيذية والأدوات والتصميمات المستخدمة، فتطور من الحرف اليدوية إلى الفنون العالمية التي لها القدرة على التعبير الفني و إبراز القيم الفنية المتعددة وتتحقق فيها الجوانب الجمالية والنفعية، وكنتيجة لهذا التطور أصبح لزاما أن يضاف مجال النسجيات اليدوية إلى الأنشطة الفنية ومجالات التربية الفنية التي تدرس في المدارس والجامعات، ويرتبط ابتكار المشغولات النسجيه بتقدير الذات وتقييم الشخص لنفسه وإحساسه بالكفاءة والقيمة والاستحقاق، و هي من سمات الشخصية المستمرة، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في أن طالب الفرقة الأولي غالبا ما يواجه صعوبة في التأقلم مع متغيرات فن النسيج اليدوي المتعددة ويحكم على ذاته بأنه غير قادر على الأداء في هذه المادة، فرأت الباحثة التركيز على المتغيرات المورفولوجيه المرتبطة بالمشغولة النسجيه باعتبارها من الأساسيات لفن النسيج لزيادة تقدير الطالب لإمكانياته الفنية والشخصية، ويهدف البحث إلى التغلب على مشكلة تدني تقدير الذات لطلاب الفرقة الأولى بقسم التربية الفنية المبتدئين بالإفادة من مورفولوجيا المشغولة النسجيه، بالإضافة إلى إثراء المشغولات النسجيه بالإفادة من مورفولوجيا المشغولة النسجيه، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي في إطاره النظري والمنهج التجريبي في تجربة البحث على عينة من طلاب الفرقة الأولى بقسم التربية الفنية، كلية التربية النوعية -جامعة طنطا، واستخدم البحث أداتين لقياس الفروض وهما مقياس تحقيق الذات لروزنبرج، وبطاقة لتحكيم المشغولات الفنية من إعداد الباحثة، و تتلخص نتائج البحث في التغلب على مشكلة تدني تقدير الذات بالإفادة من المتغيرات المورفولوجيه للمشغولة النسجيه، كما أمكن إثراء المشغولات النسجيه، وتحسين إحساسا الطلاب بالخامات والألوان والتقنيات النسجيه، ويوصي البحث بالتعمق في دراسة مشكلات الطلاب ومحاولة طرح بدائل تجريبية لحلها، كما يوصي بالمزيد من الدراسة للخامات والتعرف على كل ما هو جديد فيها، ومزج التقنيات المختلفة لإثراء المشغولات النسجيه.

The art of weaving took the development along with the human development, reflecting the thought and culture of society, translated, Until it came to reflect the expressive and aesthetic aspects, to join the ranks of the fine arts that provide the artist with many possibilities and aesthetic solutions due to the diversity of its variables such as materials, operational methods, tools and the used designs, It developed from handicrafts to international arts that have the ability to express artistic expression and highlight the multiple artistic values, in which the aesthetic and utilitarian aspects were achieved. As a result of this development, it became imperative that the field of hand-made weaving be added to artistic activities and artistic education fields that are taught in schools and universities, and the creation of textile crafts is linked to self-esteem, a person's self-evaluation, and a sense of competence, value and merit, It is one of the continuous features of the personality, the research problem is that the first team student often faces difficulty in adapting to the various variables of the art of hand weaving, and they judge themselves that they are unable to perform in this subject, The researcher considered focusing on the morphological variables associated with weaving as one of the basics for the art of weaving to increase the student’s appreciation of his artistic and personal capabilities, and the research aims to overcome the problem of low self-esteem for students of the first group in the junior art education department by making use of the weaving morphology, The research followed the descriptive approach in its theoretical framework and the experimental approach in the research experiment on a sample of students of the first year group in the Department of Technical Education, Faculty of specific Education -Tanta University, And the research used two tools to measure hypotheses, which are Rosenberg's Self-esteem Scale, and arbitrate card to the artifacts prepared by the researcher, and the results of the research are summarized in overcoming the problem of low self-esteem by making use of the morphological variables of the textile work. It has also been possible to enrich the weaving artifacts, and improve the students ’sense of materials, colors and textile techniques. The research recommends delving into the study of students’ problems and trying to offer experimental alternatives to solve them. It also recommends further study of the materials and getting acquainted with new ones, and mixing different techniques to enrich the textile artifacts.
