المستخلص: إن التطورات المهمة في الوعي والفعل الإنسانيين بما يلائم المدنية والتحضر بتونس، لم تمنع من مشاهدة سيادة الإقصاء والتهميش في التعامل مع المرأة التي مازالت عاجزة عن المشاركة السياسية فعلياً وفق ما تنص عليه التشريعات الوطنية والدولية. وهذا يعد من أبرز التحديات الراهنة التي تواجه الجهود الرامية لتحسين واقع المرأة في مجتمعنا. وبما أنه لا توجد رؤية واضحة إلى حدود هذا اليوم بخصوص هذا الواقع خاصة في ظل تشريعات لم تنجح في الحد من تفاقم الظاهرة وإفرازاتها الكارثية، ارتأينا من خلال هذه المقالة تسليط الضوء على موضوع التمكين السياسي للمرأة التونسية من حيث الواقع والتحديات بهدف إشاعة الوعي المجتمعي تجاه أهمية التمكين السياسي للمرأة حتى تنجح الدولة في تحقيق التقدم المرجو. فهدفنا يتمثل في جعل دراستنا بمثابة "المرجعية" لأصحاب القرار للتخطيط واتخاذ القرارات التي من شأنها حماية المرأة وترسيخ قيمتها وأهمية دورها في إدارة الشأن العام واتخاذ القرار داخل الحرص المجتمعي خاصة في عصر أصبحت فيه المرأة حجر الزاوية لضمان قوة المجتمعات واستمراريتها.

The important developments in human awareness and humanitarian action which are appropriate for civil and urbanization in Tunisia did not prevent from seeing the rule of exclusion and marginalization in dealing with women who are still unable to participate effectively political as stipulated in national and international legislation. have not prevented the perception of violence in dealing with women in Tunisia. This is one of the most important challenges facing efforts to improve the reality of women in our society. Since there is no clear vision until today about this reality, especially in the context of legislation that did not succeed in reducing the phenomenon and its catastrophic consequences. We try through this article to give attention to the subject of the political empowerment of Tunisian women: reality and challenges in order to promote community awareness about the importance of women›s political empowerment so that the state can achieve the expected progress. Our goal is to make our study a reference for decision-makers to plan and take decisions that will protect women and to consolidate their value and the importance of their role in the management of public affairs and decision-making within community awareness especially in an era where women are the cornerstone for ensuring the strength of societies and its continuity.

Les développements significatifs en matière de sensibilisation et d’action humanitaire appropriés à la société tunisienne n’ont pas empêché la prédominance de l’exclusion et de la marginalisation des femmes qui sont toujours incapables de participer à la vie politique conformément à la législation nationale et internationale, ce qui constitue l’un des défis les plus actuels pour améliorer la condition féminine en Tunisie. Comme il n’existe pas jusqu’à nos jours une vision claire de cette réalité, en particulier à la lumière d’une législation qui n’a pas réussi à réduire le phénomène et ses conséquences graves, nous donnons à travers cet article un regard d’intérêt au thème de l’autonomisation politique de la femme tunisienne: réalité et défis afin dans le but de consolider l’importance de l’autonomisation politique des femmes dans le consensus communautaire, ce qui aidera l’Etat à réaliser les progrès attendus. Notre objectif est de faire de notre étude une référence pour permettre aux décideurs de planifier et de prendre des décisions qui protégeront les femmes et consolideront leur valeur et l’importance de leur rôle dans la gestion des affaires publiques et la prise de décision dans la communauté, surtout à une époque où les femmes sont devenues le fondement de la force et de la durabilité des sociétés.
