يتمثل الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة رياده الأعمال ودورها ف دعم الاقتصاد وتحقيق التنمية في البيئة الريادية في العراق ومصر وتونس، ونظرا لصعوبة إجراء الحصر الشامل لكافة أفراد مجتمع الدراسة قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) فرد من أصحاب المشروعات والأعمال الريادية في كلا من العراق ومصر وتونس وهم من أجابوا على أسئلة استمارة الاستبيان الإلكتروني وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية وهي التي يتم اختيار عناصرها بشكل مقصود من قبل البحث حيث يخدم هؤلاء الأفراد هدف البحث، وكانت من اهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة ارتفاع مستوي وجود المبادرات في مشروعات ريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، ارتفاع مستوي قدرة المؤسسة على تحمل المخاطرة في مشروعات ريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، ارتفاع مستوي جذب الفرص في مشروعات ريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، ارتفاع مستوي الإبداع في مشروعات ريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، بناءا على ذلك أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات كان من أهمها ضرورة العمل على التوصل إلى اتفاق مجتمعي حول مفهوم ريادة الأعمال وأهميتها للمجتمع، العمل على زيادة استيعاب وتقبل المجتمع المحلي لمشروعات ريادة الأعمال من خلال نشر الأفكار والمبادرات والتوعية بها وبفوائدها، تشجيع المنظمات الاجتماعية المحلية على استيعاب ودعم وتنفيذ أنشطة ريادة الأعمال على نطاق واسع، العمل على تعزيز الابتكار والإبداع بمشروعات ريادة الأعمال على المستوى المحلي، وتوفير الدعم لرواد الأعمال لتطوير ابتكاراتهم وإبداعاتهم.
The purpose of this study is to know entrepreneurship and its role in supporting the economy and achieving development in the entrepreneurial environment in Iraq, Egypt and Tunisia, and given the difficulty of conducting a comprehensive enumeration of all members of the study community, the study sample consisted of (300) individuals of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial businesses in each of Iraq Egypt and Tunisia are the ones who answered the questions of the electronic questionnaire, and they were chosen by the deliberate method, which is the deliberate choice of its components by the research, as these individuals serve the purpose of the research, and one of the most important findings of this study was the high level of the presence of initiatives in entrepreneurship projects From the point of view of the study sample, the high level of the institution‘s ability to take risks in entrepreneurship projects from the viewpoint of the study sample, the high level of attracting opportunities in the entrepreneurship projects from the viewpoint of the study sample members, the high level of creativity in the entrepreneurship projects from the viewpoint of Individuals of the study sample, based on that, the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which was the need to work on reaching a community agreement on the concept of entrepreneurship and its importance to society. Increase the understanding and acceptance of the local community for entrepreneurship projects by spreading ideas and initiatives and awareness about them and their benefits, encouraging local social organizations to absorb, support and implement entrepreneurship activities on a large scale, work to enhance innovation and creativity in entrepreneurship projects at the local level, and provide support to entrepreneurs To develop their innovations and creativity.
