المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسات قائدات المدارس الثانوية لأبعاد مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بإدارة تعليم صبيا في منطقة جازان، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تصميم استبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وتم تطبيقها بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها على عينة مكونة من (52) قائدة و(51) وكيلة و(288) معلمة ويمثلن (80%) من مجتمع الدراسة، ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة ممارسات قائدات المدارس الثانوية بإدارة تعليم صبيا لأبعاد مجتمعات التعلم المهنية جاءت بدرجة عالية، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (4.11) بانحراف معياري (0.79). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة ممارسات قائدات المدارس الثانوية بإدارة تعليم صبيا لأبعاد مجتمعات التعلم المهنية باختلاف متغير طبيعة العمل، وذلك لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة ممن طبيعة عملهن قائدة مدرسة، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج؛ أوصت الدراسة بضرورة دعم ممارسات قائدات المدارس، وتعزيز فرص نجاح قيادة مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بالمدارس، عن طريق نشر ثقافة التغيير وفكرة مجتمعات التعلم بين القائدات، وتنظيم برامج متنوعة تعمق فكرة مجتمعات التعلم لدى الأفراد، وتوفير الموارد لمالية الداعمة للتطوير.

The present study aimed to identify the reality of the practices of high school leaders for the dimensions of professional learning societies in the administration of a boy’s education in the Jazan region, and the study used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was designed to collect the study data, and it was applied after making sure of its validity and stability on the study sample, which is (52) leaders and (51) female agent and (288) teachers, representing (80%) of the study population. Among the most prominent results of the study: The degree of practices of high school leaders in the administration of a boy’s education for the dimensions of professional learning societies came to a high degree, with the general arithmetic mean (4.11) with a standard deviation (0.79). The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the averages of the responses of the study sample about the degree of practices of high school leaders in a boy’s education department for the dimensions of professional learning societies according to the different nature of work variable, in favor of the study sample members whose nature of work as a leader School, and The study recommended the need to support the practices of school leaders, and to enhance the chances of success of leading professional learning societies in schools, by spreading the culture of change and the idea of learning societies among the leaders, and organizing various programs that deepen the idea of learning societies among individuals, And provide resources for financial support for development.
